dc.description.abstractEl campo Oso Pardo perteneciente al Bloque Santa Isabel, se encuentra localizado en el municipio de Agua Chica Cesar. La empresa operadora la cual cuenta con la operación de este bloque ha evidenciado la producción de arenas provenientes de la Formación Umir, razón por la cual se han presentado fallas en el sistema de levantamiento por cavidades progresivas (BCP/PCP). En los pozos del campo Oso Pardo se implementa como sistema de levantamiento artificial el bombeo por cavidades progresivas (BCP/PCP), consiste en un sistema rotativo, compuesto por un rotor metálico, un estator, un sistema motor y un sistema de acoples flexibles. El motor transmite movimiento a una sarta a través de distintos engranajes, esta sarta hace girar al rotor, formando cavidades progresivas ascendentes. El crudo se desplaza hasta la superficie por efecto del rotor que gira dentro del estator fijo. Durante la etapa productiva del campo, se ha evidenciado la caída acelerada en la producción de crudo y gas, y el aumento en el Torque en los equipos de bombeo BCP/PCP. Revisando los datos históricos de producción de arenas del campo, se puede evidenciar que dicha producción ha venido en aumento, de los intervalos someros comprendidos por las arenas no consolidadas. *
dc.description.abstractenglishThe Oso Pardo field belonging to Santa Isabel block, It is located in the municipality of Agua Chica Cesar. The Company has the operation of this block it has demonstrated the production of sand from the Umir formation, why bindings have been presented in the lifting system for progressive cavity pump (PCP). In the Oso Pardo Wells implemented as artificial lift system the progressive cavity pump (PCP), it consists of a rotating system, composed of a metallic rotor, a stator, a motor system and a flexible coupling system. The motor transmits movement to a string through different gears, this string rotates the rotor, forming progressive cavities ascending.
