RESUMEN El presente artículo propone una de las tantas lecturas o interpretaciones que, en relación con el problema de la Justicia, puede hallarse en la novela Divorcio en Buda del autor húngaro Sándor Márai. Esta propuesta plantea que la noción de justicia inscrita en Divorcio en Buda, se circunscribe al iusnaturalismo o doctrina del derecho natural. Adicionalmente, se presentan algunas consideraciones en torno a la relación entre Derecho y Literatura nacida al interior del Realismo Jurídico Norteamericano. Palabras clave: derecho, literatura, teorías sobre la justicia.
ABSTRACT This paper propouses one of the many posibilities to interpretate the issue of the justice in the novel Divorce in Buddha of the hungarian writer Sándor Márai. The text suggests that the concept of justice in the novel it’s link with the iusnaturalism or natural law doctrine. Additionally, we present some considerations about the relation between Law and Literature wich roots are in the American Legal Realism. Key words: law, literature, justice theories.
