RESUMENEste estudio analiza las acciones colectivas como formas de inclusión. En tal sentido, se propone considerar las acciones que desarrollan los movimientos sociales y su incidencia en los procesos de transformación social.García (2008) entiende que estamos presenciando un despertar más activo de la sociedad civil, la cual disputa por la distribución económica más igualada poniendo en juego nuevas formas de participación y de acción política. Las formas son diversas: movilización territorial –desde una región o una fábrica– acciones de solidaridad e intercambio, experiencias con los gobiernos regionales o municipales, entre muchas otras. También están aquellas que hablan de acciones desterritorializadas que, partiendo de redes locales de múltiples actores, formaron otras más flexibles y que exceden a un territorio específico. En este marco interesa reflexionar críticamente en torno a la teoría acerca de los movimientos sociales y su potencialidad para promover procesos de transformación social para, en un segundo momento, examinar diferentes experiencias de movimientos sociales en Latinoamérica.Palabras clave: movimientos sociales, territorialización, inclusión, desarrollo alternativo, clase social.
ABSTRACThis study analyzes collective action as a form of inclusion. Therefore, it attempts to consider actions developed by social movements and their impact on the processes of social transformation. García (2008) understands that we are seeing a more active awakening of civil society, which dispute a more ranked economic distribution game through new forms of participation and political action. The forms are different: territorial mobilization - from a region or a factory - actions of solidarity, exchange experiences with regional or municipal governments among many others. Some researchers speak of deterritorialized actions which, on the basis of local networks of multiple actors, form other more flexible networks and which exceed a specific territory. Within thiss framework the author is first in reflecting critically on the social movements theory and its potential to promote processes of social transformation to, in a second moment, review different experiences of social movements in Latin America.Keywords: social movements, territorialisation, inclusion, alternative development, social class.
