dc.description.abstractEsta monografía expone el desarrollo de la metodología del mantenimiento centrado en confiabilidad RCM aplicada al mantenimiento del probador compacto ubicado en la planta Galán de la empresa colombiana de petróleos Ecopetrol S.A., con el fin de generar un plan de mantenimiento basado en confiabilidad que garantice la máxima disponibilidad del equipo. Inicialmente se establecen los subsistemas y elementos que componen el equipo para determinar la operatividad y funcionalidad de cada uno de ellos a partir de la recopilación y consolidación de los diagramas funcionales que el fabricante presenta y los que operativamente se aplican al conjunto; posteriormente, se realiza un estudio detallado de las funciones de cada uno de los componentes y subsistemas establecidos, con el fin de determinar las fallas funcionales, los modos de falla o causa de las mismas, y el impacto de estos, determinando así las afectaciones más críticas en el funcionamiento del dispositivo. Con el uso de las herramientas que brinda la metodología RCM se logran identificar las características funcionales y operativas que representan mayor criticidad para posteriormente definir y establecer las tareas que permitirán conservar la función del sistema de acuerdo a la criticidad de las consecuencias de falla; con la implementación de las tareas de mantenimiento obtenidas, se logrará aumentar la disponibilidad del dispositivo, así como de todos los subsistemas que lo conforman.
dc.description.abstractenglishThis monograph exposes the development of the maintenance methodology focused on reliability RCM applied to the maintenance of the compact tester located in the Galán plant of the Colombian oil company Ecopetrol SA, in order to generate a maintenance plan based on reliability that guarantees the maximum equipment availability. Initially, the subsystems and elements that make up the equipment are established to determine the operability and functionality of each of them based on the collection and consolidation of the functional diagrams that the manufacturer presents and those that are operatively applied to the whole; Subsequently, a detailed study of the functions of each one of the components and subsystems established is carried out, in order to determine the functional failures, the failure modes or cause of them, and the impact of these, thus determining the most serious effects. Criticisms in the operation of the device. With the use of the tools provided by the RCM methodology, it is possible to identify the functional and operational characteristics that represent greater criticality to later define and establish the tasks that will allow to conserve the function of the system according to the criticality of the consequences of failure; With the implementation of the maintenance tasks obtained, it will be possible to increase the availability of the device, as well as all the subsystems that comprise it.
