dc.description.abstractLos comités paritarios de salud ocupacional han sido establecidos como las organizaciones que en primera instancia promuevan y desarrollen la salud ocupacional en las Empresas. Reflexionar sobre la misión educativa del Comité Paritario de Salud ocupacional (COPASO) de la Clínica Comuneros contribuirá a abordar su labor de una forma más cualificada, acorde con el avance de la ciencia y de las diferentes disciplinas en que se apoya. Trasladar la educación a la actividad laboral es un reto. Exige considerar, entre otros, los cambios producidos por la globalización económica en la producción, en el desarrollo del trabajo, en las condiciones de salud, en la formación y relaciones laborales. El COPASO asume la salud ocupacional de los trabajadores como una construcción intencional basada en la prevención y vinculada a la calidad del compromiso del trabajador con la misma. La labor educativa del COPASO se inscribe dentro de la Educación a lo largo de la vida y se estructura de acuerdo a los principios educativos impulsados por la UNESCO: Aprender a Conocer, a Hacer, a Ser, y a vivir juntos. El COPASO como organización que aprende y educa aplicará las nuevas tecnologías del aprendizaje en equipo, el dominio personal y la visión compartida. El COPASO a través de su práctica educativa tiene la posibilidad de mejorar la calidad de vida de los trabajadores, impulsar su educación permanente y contribuir a la construcción de una concepción propia para integrarse al sistema mundial.
dc.description.abstractenglishThe impresario-worker committees of occupational health have been established as the organizations that promote in first instance and develop the occupational health in the Companies. The reflection on the educational mission of the Impresarioworker Committee of occupational Health (COPASO) of the Clinical Comuneros it will contribute to approach their work in a more qualified way, according to the advance of the science and of the different disciplines. It is a challenge to take the education to the workplace. It demands to consider, among other, the changes taken place by the economic globalization in the production, in the development of the work, under the conditions of health, in the formation and labor relationships. The COPASO assumes the occupational health of the workers as an intentional construction based on the prevention and linked to the quality of the worker's commitment. The educational work of the COPASO registers inside the Education along the life and it is structured according to the educational principles impelled by the Unesco: To learn how to Know, how to do, how to be, and how to line together. The COPASO like organization that it learns and it educates it will apply the new technologies of the learning in team, the personal domain and the shared vision. The COPASO has the possibility to improve the quality of the workers' life, to impel its permanent education and to contribute to the construction of an own conception to be integrated to the world system through its educational practice.
