dc.description.abstractLa enseñanza de los determinantes sociales en salud supone un reto importante a los docentes de los programas de salud por la poca motivación de los estudiantes y algunos docentes sobre el tema. Esta monografía plantea una la utilización de mapas conceptuales para propiciar espacios de enseñanza y el aprendizaje significativos porque mejoran la trascendencia, la significatividad, la participación activa y colaborativa, así como el sentimiento de pertenencia a una cultura. Para lograr estas características de la mediación se plantea la construcción de un mapa conceptual tomando como base el documento de trabajo de la Comisión de Determinantes Sociales en Salud de la Organización Mundial de la Salud; para ello deben realizar un trabajo colaborativo a partir de la asignación de roles en grupos seleccionados por el docente. Con esto se busca la integración, el trabajo en equipo, la potenciación de las habilidades que tiene cada estudiante y la interacción de estilos de aprendizaje. Además se utilizará un problema de la comunidad donde ellos residen para que puedan visualizar aquello que leen en los ejemplos diarios de su población. La evaluación plantea un análisis de presaberes, una reflexión del proceso y del resultado; así como del compromiso que observa el docente, sus propios compañeros y el mismo estudiante. Con todos estos elementos se generará una calificación. Para el éxito de la misma se proponen unos roles para los estudiantes y para el docente; una planificación de la estrategia y un modelo de evaluación.
dc.description.abstractenglishThe teaching of the social determinants in health is a major challenge for teachers in the health programs, for the lack of motivation in the students and other teachers on the subject. This paper proposes the use of concept maps to promote the teaching and learning significant spaces, for the reason that they improve the relevance, the significance, the active and collaborative participation and the sense of belonging to a culture. To reach those characteristics of the mediation arise the idea to build a concept map based on the document of the Commission on Social Determinants of Health of the World Health Organization (OMS), for which the students must be organized in groups selected by the teacher, and with specific roles, in favor of a collaborative work. It seeks integration, teamwork, the enhancement of the skills that has each student and the interaction of learning styles. In addition, a problem of the community where they reside will be used, so they can visualize what to read in the daily examples of their population. The evaluation raises an analysis of the previous knowledge of the student, a reflection of its process and the result; as well as the commitment that the teacher, their companions and the same student observes in her/his work. With all these elements a qualification will be generated. For the success of this strategy will be set out: roles for the students and the teacher, a planning of it and a model of evaluation.
