| dc.description.abstract | La presente monografía está orientada a diseñar un modelo gerencial para la gestión de la seguridad y la salud ocupacional en una organización empresarial. Esto con el objeto de disminuir y prevenir los riesgos y accidentes en puestos de trabajo en una organización. Es evidente que el hombre a lo largo de la historia se ha visto acompañado por el accidente bajo las más diversas formas y circunstancias, desde las cavernas hasta los confortables hogares de ahora. Al ejecutar las actividades productivas es evidente que el riesgo atenta contra su salud y bienestar, conforme se ha ido haciendo más compleja la realización de actividades de producción, se han multiplicado los riesgos para el trabajador y se han producido numerosos accidentes y enfermedades. Sin embargo, a pesar de la importancia que representa para el hombre el mantenimiento de condiciones saludables y seguras, cronológicamente hablando, el reconocimiento de dichos factores es un hecho muy reciente y se puede llegar a apreciar su evolución por el estudio de la seguridad e higiene industrial. A medida del avance industrial, la tarea de los trabajadores se fue haciendo más especializada, por lo que un accidente repercutía directamente en la producción dado que esta era interrumpida, provocando pérdidas económicas para la empresa, de tal modo que los patrones se fueron interesando cada vez más por el control de las causas de los accidentes, así como reducir los riesgos en las actividades a las que estaban expuestos sus trabajadores. Poco a poco se fue haciendo necesario realizar estudios de ambiente laboral hasta llegar a lo que se ha manejado como higiene y seguridad | |
| dc.description.abstractenglish | The present monograph is oriented to design a managerial model for the management of the security and the employment health in a business organization. This with the purpose to diminish and to prevent the risks and accidents in positions of work in an organization. It is evident that the man along the history has been seen accompanied by the accident under the most diverse forms and circumstances, since the caverns to the comfortable homes of now. Al to execute the productive activities is evident that the attentive risk against its health and welfare, in agreement has gone doing more complex the production activities execution, have multiplied the risks for the worker and numerous accidents have been produced and illnesses. Nevertheless, in spite of the importance that represents for the man the sure and healthy maintenance of conditions, chronologically speaking, the recognition of said factors is a very recent fact and can come its evolution by the study of the security to appreciate and industrial hygiene. In proportion to the industrial advance, the task of the workers went doing more specialized, for which an accident resulted directly in the production given that this was interrupted, causing economic losses for the business, of such way that the bosses went interesting increasingly by the control of the causes of the accidents, as well as to reduce the risks in the activities to the ones that were exposedIndustrious.
