| dc.description.abstract | Este estudio corresponde al enfoque cualitativo que utiliza la teoría Fundada como estrategia metodológica cuyo objetivo es construir teoría sustantiva a partir de datos que serán sistemáticamente capturados, analizados y conceptualizados respecto a las actitudes hacia la discapacidad (en el discapacitado físico, su familia y los profesionales de la Rehabilitación), sobre los cuales, la teoría formal no ha desarrollado una comprensión y una conceptualización específica, sino que por el contrario se ha tratado de explicar estas actitudes a la luz de diversas teorías, sin comprender propiamente esta realidad para generar transformaciones y estrategias que faciliten los procesos de integración social del discapacitado. El objetivo principal de este estudio es comprender las actitudes hacia la discapacidad en el discapacitado físico, su familia y profesionales de la Rehabilitación. Se concluye que las actitudes en el discapacitado físico pueden ser variadas dependiendo de múltiples factores como el tipo de discapacidad, la gravedad de la misma, la etapa en la que se encuentra dentro de su proceso de rehabilitación, su personalidad, autoestima, y su entorno familiar, social y del equipo de rehabilitación, así como de su condición socioeconómica y el apoyo institucional de ciertos estamentos. En los familiares de los discapacitados las actitudes hacia la discapacidad se consideran positivas a pesar de que hay un desconocimiento sobre el mismo concepto de discapacidad y de legislación, se observa que el mismo vínculo afectivo hace que se mantenga siempre ese sentimiento de apoyo, de solidaridad y de amor incondicional para ayudar a superar las dificultades propias de nuestra vida a esos seres queridos, encontrándose un elemento común en el compromiso que éste asume en los diferentes procesos de rehabilitación e integración social del discapacitado. Se concluye que las actitudes hacia la discapacidad en los profesionales de la rehabilitación son positivas pero se encuentran condicionadas por muchos factores incluyendo desde el sistema de salud del Estado, el cual no ofrece todas las ventajas para que el rehabilitador pueda brindarle al paciente discapacitado unos procesos de rehabilitación integrales, oportunos y adecuados que aseguren la superación del discapacitado, ya que no hay todos los elementos necesarios para lograrlo. | |
| dc.description.abstractenglish | This study concerns about the qualitative focus that uses the stablishes theory as a methodological strategy, which objective is to construct substantial theory from data that will be systematically captured, analyzed and conceptualized in respect to the attitudes toward disability (in the physical disabled person, his family and the recovery practicants), in which, the formal theory has not developed a specific comprehension and conceptualizing , but otherwise has been dealing with the explanation of these attitudes in the appereances of diverse theories, without to understand properly this reality for to create changes and strategies that make easy the social process of adapting in society the disabled person. The principal objective of this study is to understand the attitudes toward the disability in the physical disabled person his family and recovery practicants. It is concluded that the attitudes in the physical disabled person could be different, depending on many factors as the kind of disability, the gravity it delf, the stage in which is found in his recovering process, his personality and self-esteen, and the familial social and the recovering team environment, as well about social economic condition and the institutional support of certain statements The relatives of disabled persons, attitudes toward the disability are considered as positive, in spite that exist a disregard about the same concept of disability and legislation, is regarded that the same affective bond makes that always is maintained the stays that support feeling, of solidarity and of unconditional love to help to overcome the support keeling, of solidarity, and non-conditional love for to help to overpass the own problems of our lives to those loved ones, finding a common element in the compromise that this assumes in the different process of recovering and sociabilization of the disabled person. It is concluded that the attitudes toward disability by the recovery practicants are positive, but are conditioned by many factors including the National health system, which does not ofkers All the advantages fot the recovering practicant can give to the disabled patient, some process of integral recovering, opportune and suitable that makes sure the overcome of the disabled person, because there are not all the necessary elements for to achieve it. | |
