A continuación se hace una presentación sucinta de las principales características de los nuevos clásicos y los nuevos keynesianos, acompañada de una presentación sobre expectativas racionales. En los, tres apartados de esa segunda sección se muestran, lo que en opinión del autor, son los puntos candentes de la polémica macroeconómica. Finalmente, se hace una breve exposición sobre planeación, política, teoría económica, política económica y técnicas básicas para planeación. Esta es una sección que ilustra desde una perspectiva política la intervención del Estado en la economía.  es-ES
dc.descriptionSUMMARYThe exposition of the topic is opened with a section devoted to present the precedents of the macroeconomic discussion. Below it is made a succinet presentation of the principal characteristic of the new classic and the new keynesian, accompanied of a presentation on rational expectations. In the three paragraphs of that second section are shown. What in opinion of the author, they are the incandescent points of the macroeconomic polemics. Finally, it is made a short exposition on polítical, economic theory, economic policy and basic techniques for Planning. This is a section that illustrates from a political perspective the intervention of the State in the economy.  en-US
