dc.description.abstractLa gestión de los recursos humanos tiene como objetivo principal proveer a la organización de personal con la calidad requerida y con la motivación suficiente para realizar de manera eficiente su trabajo. Consciente de esta importancia y asumiendo la exigencia de los usuarios en los servicios de salud, en el centro de especialistas Logros IPS se decide implementar un sistema de gestión de la calidad bajo los requisitos de la norma NTC ISO 9001:2008; y de esta manera también lograr un impacto positivo en un mercado tan competitivo como lo es el del sector de la salud. Para el desarrollo de este proyecto, primero se inicia con la elaboración de un diagnóstico del proceso de recurso humano ante los requisitos que exige la norma. Basado en este diagnóstico se procede a realizar la respectiva documentación de procedimientos, formatos y registros que den cumplimiento a los requisitos de la norma. Simultáneamente con la elaboración de los documentos se realizan actividades de socialización y capacitación al líder del proceso sobre los documentos elaborados para una adecuada implementación de los mismos y generar una cultura de cambio hacia el mejoramiento continuo. Posteriormente se realiza una auditoría interna con el fin de evaluar la eficacia de la implementación y la conformidad con la norma, lo cual permite definir un plan de mejoramiento y recomendaciones para el sistema de gestión de la
dc.description.abstractenglishThe management of the human resources has as principal aim provide the organization of personnel with the needed quality and with the sufficient motivation to realize in an efficient way his work. Conscious of this importance and assuming the exigency of the users in the services of health, in the specialists' center LOGROS IPS decides to implement a system of management of the quality under the requirements of the norm ISO NTC 9001:2008; and hereby also to achieve a positive impact on a market as competitive as it is that of the sector of the health. For the development of this project, first it begins with the production of a diagnosis of the process of human resource before the requirements that the norm demands. Based on this diagnosis one proceeds to realize the respective documentation of procedures, formats and records that give fulfillment to the requirements of the norm. Simultaneously with the production of the documents there are realized activities of socialization and training to the leader of the process on the documents elaborated for a suitable implementation of the same ones and to generate a culture of change towards the constant improvement. Later an internal audit is realized in order to evaluate the efficiency of the implementation and the conformity with the norm, which allows to define a plan of improvement and recommendations for the system of management of the quality.
