dc.descriptionWhen stablishing the reason as the powerful owner of sense and foundation of all reality: it automatically comes the death of religion, because, of denying sensory experience, being it the foundation of the religious phenomenon. This project was developed by the Western mind during in a time that became decisive for human destiny. The goal this paper is to show, first, how humanity is essentially religious and, secondly, how the western human spirit has attempted to destroy this foundation. In this sense, our pursuit is to reveal how philosophy located between the end of the Middle Ages and early modernt kills the religious phenomenon, being the Cartesian philosophy as being responsible for sending to religion to its his darkest night.en-US
dc.descriptionAl establecerse la razón como todopoderosa, dadora de sentido y base de toda realidad, se provoca automáticamente la muerte de la religión, puesto que, se niega la vivencia o experiencia sensible que, a la vez, es fundamento del fenómeno religioso como tal. Este proyecto fue llevado a cabo en Occidente en una época que marcó el curso de la humanidad. La búsqueda principal de este escrito consiste en mostrar, en primer lugar, cómo la religión está enraizada en el fundamento existencial de lo humano mismo y, en segundo lugar, cómo el espíritu humano occidental ha intentado destruirlo. En este sentido, nuestro objetivo consiste en desocultar la manera como la filosofía situada en el ocaso del Medioevo y el amanecer de la modernidad da muerte al fenómeno religioso y es la filosofía cartesiana la encargada de abandonar la religión a su noche más oscura.  es-ES
