dc.descriptionEl presente artículo pretende reasumir la pregunta realizada por Jean Beaufreta Martin Heidegger y publicada por éste en la epístola escrita en el año de 1946. En este momento el fracaso del proyecto ilustrado es evidente: en medio del proceso de la redacción de los derechos humanos nos encontramos con una Europa en ruinas y ante el espectáculo de la catástrofe humana realizada con los más sofisticados medios racionales puestos al servicio del exterminio y la aniquilación masivos. Para Heidegger, retomar el debate del humanismo en el tradicional modo del pensar occidental es en sentido estricto, perder la orientación, esto es, asistir a la falta de sentido. Para Heidegger la causa de esta situación denuncia la dependencia entre el concepto de humanismo y el tradicional andamiaje occidental de la metafísica. No obstante, el concepto hombre, fundamento de la metafísica moderna y de sus proyectos políticos queda vacío. ¿Qué es el humanismo? Es la vox clamantis in deserto que inaugura la conciencia contemporánea de la crisis del humanismo y por consiguiente de la cultura. La prolongación de este momento negativo es vista por Heidegger en la antropología: ésta no es más que otra forma siniestra de humanismo que sigue hablando el lenguaje bivalente de la metafísica.es-ES
dc.descriptionThis article intends to resume the question of Jean Beaufret to Martin Heidegger in a letter written in 1946. The Enlightenment project has failed, among the process of drafting of human rights, with a Europe in ruins and at the sight human calamity, under the most sophisticated service of destruction and mass annihilations. For Heidegger, to resume the discussion of humanism in the traditional Western way of thinking is in this sense, losing the guidance, losing the sense. Heidegger points out the reason: the dependence between the concept of humanism and metaphysics. The concept man, the foundation of modern metaphysics and its political projects is empty. The question, what is humanism? Is the vox clamantis in deserto that opens the consciousness of the crisis of humanism and general culture. The extension of this negative moment is seen by Heidegger in anthropology, which it seen as another form of humanism that is a sinister talking bivalent language of metaphysics.en-US
