Estudio de las condiciones intrínsecas y extrínseca, de los estudiantes de primer nivel de la Universidad de Santander-UDES, para asumir los procesos de aprendizaje autónomo

| dc.description.abstract | El objetivo de este trabajo es determinar las condiciones intrínsecas y extrínsecas de los estudiantes de primer semestre de la UNIVERSIDAD DE SANTANDER, UDES, para asumir positivamente el aprendizaje autónomo. Se realiza un estudio descriptivo de las manifestaciones de la población, obtenidas mediante una encuesta aplicada a 126 estudiantes que cursan primer semestre en los diferentes programas de la Universidad. Se analizó la variable autonomía, mediante indicadores tales como la fijación y elección de normas, la capacidad de valorarlas, la capacidad de relacionar problemas con destrezas a desarrollar y con los propósitos de aprendizaje, la búsqueda de información, generación de ideas, conclusiones, establecimiento de niveles de logro de objetivos; capacidad de diagnosticar y satisfacer necesidades de aprendizaje por medios propios, solución de problemas sin ayuda, seguridad de la calidad de su trabajo sin necesidad de aprobación por parte de otras personas. Otra variable analizada fue la responsabilidad personal, considerando el control sobre la forma de responder a una situación y la manera de asumir la titularidad de acciones y pensamientos. Para complementar el estudio de las condiciones intrínsecas, se estudió la capacidad intelectual de los estudiantes, teniendo en cuenta la utilización de las inteligencias múltiples. En cuanto al contexto social, se evaluaron las características de sus coetáneos, los valores colectivos, el apoyo de los padres, el lugar de vivienda y las prácticas en relación con la educación. Se encontró que los estudiantes no tienen la capacidad de autoevaluarse, siendo ésta una actitud indispensable para el desarrollo en un sentido estable de una autoidentidad positiva, así mismo, para el diagnóstico de sus necesidades de aprendizaje y el establecimiento de objetivos y de recursos. Se observa entonces, que son dependientes emocionalmente, confirmándose ésto con la necesidad de aprobación y apoyo de sus padres para desarrollar exitosamente sus labores académicas. | |
| dc.description.abstractenglish | The objective of this work is to decide the intrinsic and extrinsic conditions of the students of first semester of the University of Santander, UDES, to assume positively the autonomous apprenticeship. It become fulfilled a descriptive study of the manifestations of the population, obtained by means of an inquiry applied to 126 students that frequents first semester in the different programs of the University. It analyzed the variable autonomy, by means of indicating just as the fixation and election of norms, the capacitance of values, the capacitance of relating problems with skills to develop and with the aims of apprenticeship, the search of information, generation of ideas, conclusions, establishment of levels of attainment of objectives; capacitance of diagnosing and satisfy necessities of apprenticeship for own media, solution of problems without helps, security of the quality of their work without need of approval of other appear in person. Other analyzed variable went the personal responsibility, considering the control on the form of answers a situation and the way of assuming in the |capacity| of actions and thoughts. To complement the study of the intrinsic conditions, it was studied the intellectual capacitance of the students, keeping in mind the use of the multiple intelligences. As for the social context, it was evaluated the characteristics of their contemporary, the collective values, the support of the parents, the place of housing and the trainings in report with the education. It found that the students have not the capacitance of auto valuation, being this one an indispensable attitude for the development in a regular guest sense of a positive auto identity, likewise, for the diagnosis of his necessities of apprenticeship and the establishment of objectives and of resources. It observes then, that they are dependent emotional, it was confirmed with the necessity of approval and support of their huge to develop successful his work academic. | |
