dc.description.abstractLa presente monografía se realiza como orientación para la División de Publicaciones de la Universidad Industrial de Santander, bajo los lineamientos de la NTC ISO 9004:2010 que promueve la autoevaluación como una herramienta importante para la revisión del nivel de madurez del sistema de gestión de calidad de la División, abarcando su liderazgo, estrategia, sistema de gestión, recursos y procesos, para identificar áreas de fortalezas y debilidades y oportunidades tanto para la mejora, como para la innovación, para ayudar a conseguir su éxito sostenido. Se realizó la autoevaluación de los elementos claves, la autoevaluación de los elementos detallados, y la autoevaluación de los principios de gestión de la calidad determinados en la NTC ISO 9001:2015 y definidos en la NTC ISO 9000:2015, en el sistema de gestión de calidad de la División de Publicaciones para determinar su nivel de madurez que actualmente está entre los niveles bajo y medio, por lo tanto, el plan de mejoramiento se desarrolló para fortalecer el nivel de madurez del Sistema de Gestión de la Calidad de la División de Publicaciones bajo el modelo de la NTC ISO 9004:2010 y teniendo en cuenta los requisitos de la NTC ISO 9001:2015, aprovechando la similitud que hay entre estas dos normas.
dc.description.abstractenglishThis monograph is an orientation for the Publications Division of the Industrial University of Santander, under the guidelines of the NTC ISO 9004: 2010 that promotes self-assessment as an important tool for reviewing the level of maturity of the quality management system of the Division, including its leadership, strategy, management system, resources and processes, to identify areas of strengths and weaknesses and opportunities for both improvement and innovation, to help achieve its sustained success. The self-evaluation of the key elements, the self-evaluation of the detailed elements, and the self-evaluation of the principles of quality management determined in the NTC ISO 9001: 2015 and defined in the NTC ISO 9000: 2015, in the management system were carried out. of the Publications Division to determine its level of maturity that is currently between the low and medium levels, therefore, the improvement plan was developed to strengthen the level of maturity of the Quality Management System of the Division of Publications under the model of the NTC ISO 9004: 2010 and taking into account the requirements of the NTC ISO 9001: 2015, taking advantage of the similarity between these two standards.
