dc.description.abstractEn el campo Abarco ubicado en el municipio de Puerto Boyacá, cuenta con una unidad recuperadora de vapor (VRU) que está encargada de recuperar el gas que se separa inicialmente con un separador vertical bifásico (Surge Tank) y el otro es el gas asociado a los anulares de los pozos del mismo campo. Además de estos recupera lo vapores producidos en un tanque de contingencia TK-325 ubicado en el mismo lugar E.I.S.A (Estación Intermedia Sur de Abarco). Debido a la importancia frente a las regulaciones ambientales referente a la quema de gas, el factor económico que aporta este proceso y la optimización en la producción de los pozos petroleros, esta unidad se encuentra involucrada dentro de los equipos más importantes dentro del área de producción y operaciones. Algunos de los factores que afectan el funcionamiento del equipo son su constante funcionamiento y las condiciones variables que presenta el gas que se recupera. Es por esto, que nace la necesidad de realizar este trabajo con el fin de garantizar, mejorar y mantener la VRU en las mejores condiciones para que el gas que se recupera y se utiliza como gas combustible para generadores de vapor sea constante y de una buena calidad. *
dc.description.abstractenglishIn the Abarco field located in the municipality of Puerto Boyacá, it has a vapor recovery unit (VRU) that is responsible for recovering the gas that is initially separated with a vertical biphasic separator (Surge Tank) and the other is the gas associated with annular wells in the same field. Due to the importance of environmental regulations regarding gas flaring, the economic factor that this process provides and the optimization of oil well production, this unit is involved in the most important equipment within the production area. and operations.
