dc.description.abstractEste proyecto busca determinar la viabilidad técnica, comercial y financiera de un negocio de taller de servicio automotriz para vehículos livianos que está ubicado en la ciudad de San Gil-Santander, con el fin de ofrecer los principales servicios de mantenimiento requeridos por el vehículo, a las principales marcas del mercado garantizando calidad y rapidez en su atención. El proyecto está estructurado con un plan de negocios donde en principio se plantea los objetivos del proyecto, después se describe el producto que es en este caso, los servicios ofertados en el taller, luego se describe el perfil del cliente y mercado potencial basados en los cuatro criterios de segmentación del mercado, para luego desarrollar un plan de mercadotecnia y ventas, posteriormente se desarrolla el modelo de negocio y organizacional, el plan financiero que incluye un programa de implementación y evaluación financiera donde encontramos que el proyecto es viable económicamente y tiene un gran potencial de crecimiento, finalmente se menciona la normativa ambiental que debe cumplir el proyecto.
dc.description.abstractenglishThis project seeks to determine the technical, commercial, and financial viability to start an automotive service workshop business for light vehicles that are located in the city of San Gil-Santander, to offer the main maintenance services required by the vehicle and the main brands of the market guaranteeing quality and speed in its attention. The project is structured with a business plan where, in principle, the objectives of the project are stated, then the product is described, which is in this case, the services that are to be offered, then the profile of the client and potential market based on the four criteria to segment the market, to then develop a marketing and sales plan, later the business and organizational system is developed, the financial plan that includes an implementation program and financial evaluation where we find that the project is economically viable, finally mentions the environmental regulations that the project must comply with.
