dc.description.abstractEn este documento se recopilan todas las actividades de análisis, diseño, desarrollo e implementación de un sistema de gestión de la calidad bajo los lineamientos de la norma NTC Œ ISO 9001:2008 para el centro de especialistas IPS LOGROS EU, en especial cumpliendo los requisitos para el proceso de gestión estratégica. La metodología del trabajo desarrollado se basa en el ciclo Deming: planear, hacer, verificar y actuar. En el planear se realizó el diagnóstico, en el hacer se desarrollo la etapa de implementación: documentación, sensibilización y capacitación al personal, la verificación se realizó mediante una auditoría interna donde se generaron los planes de acción, asegurando la mejora contínua del sistema, la cual es la última etapa, el actuar. Finalmente se realiza la revisión por la dirección a cargo del proceso de gestión estratégica, con el fin de mostrar los resultados de la auditoria y rendimiento de cada proceso, definiendo las acciones de mejora y seguimiento a realizar para lograr la certificación por parte de la institución. También se expresan los aportes realizados a la empresa para la implementación del proceso de gestión estratégica, y por último, se exponen las conclusiones y recomendaciones encontradas en el desarrollo del proyecto para el proceso de gestión estratégica.
dc.description.abstractenglishIn this document there are compiled all the activities of analysis, design, development and implementation of a system of management of the quality under the limits of the norm NTC - ISO 9001:2008 for the specialists' center IPS ACHIEVEMENTS EU, especially fulfilling the requirements for the process of strategic management. The methodology of the developed work is based on the cycle Deming: to glide, to do, to check and to act. In to glide realized the diagnosis, in to do I develop the stage of implementation: documentation, awareness and training to the personnel, the check was realized by means of an internal audit where the action plans were generated, assuring the improvement there continues of the system, which is the last stage, to act. Finally the review is realized by the direction at the expense of the process of strategic management, in order to show the results of the audit and performance of every process, defining the actions of improvement and follow-up to realize to achieve the certification on the part of the institution. Also express the contributions realized to the company for the implementation of the process of strategic management, and finally, there are exposed the conclusions and recommendations found in the development of the project for the process of strategic management.
