dc.description.abstractEsta monografía presenta un diseño de un sistema integrado de gestión de la calidad, investigación, desarrolló e innovación siguiendo los requisitos de las normas NTC-ISO 9001:2008 y NTC- ISO 5801:2008. El despliegue del Sistema de gestión Integral (SGI) se lleva a cabo en seis etapas. Para cada una de ellas se presenta una serie de métodos o herramientas, que buscan a través del cumplimiento de las mismas generar valor, productividad y competitividad a la organización. La etapa de creación de la base de integración y del diagnóstico de la empresa, se presenta como una etapa de reflexión en la que el objetivo principal es contextualizar a la organización en su propia realidad conocer cómo y en qué posición se encuentra frente a la norma integrada. En la etapa del planear se propone realizar una planeación estratégica y operativa que serán la base del SGI. En la etapa del hacer se indica la documentación necesaria para que la organización pueda dar cumplimiento a sus actividades de calidad, investigación, desarrolló e innovación. En la etapa del verificar se crearon indicadores que permitan medir la eficacia de los procesos y del SGI. Finalmente en la etapa del Actuar se diseñó un método para gestión de las acciones, correctivas, preventivas y de mejora.
dc.description.abstractenglishThis paper presents a design of an integrated management system of quality, research, development and innovation following the requirements of the NTC- ISO 9001:2008 and NTC-ISO 5801:2008. The implementation of the Integrated Management System (IMS) is carried out in six stages. For each of them were designed methods or tools that enable compliance and create value, productivity and competitiveness of the organization. The creation stage of the basis of the business integration and analysis is presented as a period of reflection in which the main objective is to contextualize to the organization in their own reality and to know where it stands in front of the comprehensive standard. At the stage of planning, we designed a strategic and operational planning to be the basis of SGI. At the stage of Doing, it indicates the necessary documentation to enable the organization to comply with quality activities, research, development and innovation. At the stage of Checking, were created indicators to measure the effectiveness of processes and SGI. Finally in stage acting, we designed a method for managing operations, corrective, preventive and improvement.
