dc.descriptionEl objetivo del presente trabajo es describir la evolución legislativa y la concepción teórica del modelo de propiedad horizontal en Colombia entre 1948 y 2001, periodo en el cual se dio el nacimiento y consolidación de esta particular forma de propiedad. A partir de 1948, y hasta el año 2001, se han expedido tres leyes: 182 de 1948, 16 de 1985 y 675 de 2001. Cada una de estas normas ha abordado desde diferentes enfoques teóricos el modelo de propiedad horizontal, en el cual se ha ido del modelo de comunidad, sociedad, personería jurídica, hasta la actual concepción sui generis; estas concepciones se enmarcan en la evolución del concepto de propiedad privada y se circunscriben en los fenómenos políticos y sociales que ha vivido el país y que han llevado al rediseño del paisaje urbanístico de las ciudades colombianas.es-ES
dc.descriptionThe aim of the present work is to describe the legislative evolution and the theoretical conception of the model of horizontal property in Colombia between 1948 and 2001, period in which one gave the birth and consolidation of this particular form of property. From 1948, and until the year 2001, three laws have been sent: 182 of 1948, 16 of 1985 and 675 of 2001. Each of these procedure there has approached from different theoretical approaches the model of horizontal property, in whom it has gone away of the model of community, company, juridical legal status, up to the current conception sui generis; these conceptions place in the evolution of the concept of private property and limit themselves in the political and social phenomena through that the country has lived and that have led to the redesign of the urban development landscape of the Colombian cities.en-US
