dc.description.abstractLa presente investigación tiene como objetivo analizar el proceso de la industria petrolera y el cumplimiento de la normativa ambiental en el departamento del Caquetá, teniendo en cuenta que en esta región se presenta inconformidad por parte de los ciudadanos de diferentes esferas sociales con la llegada de empresas del sector de hidrocarburos en relación con el tema ambiental, el riesgo que podría generarse en las fuentes hídricas y cómo la ingeniería puede presentar una alternativa de mejora en las diferentes etapas y actividades que se ejecutan. Teniendo en cuenta la normatividad ambiental existente, el avance en el tema ambiental que debe ser exigido a las firmas contratistas y los trámites que realizan entidades como la Agencia Nacional de Hidrocarburos (ANH), la Autoridad Nacional de Licencias Ambientales (ANLA), el Ministerio de Ambiente y Desarrollo Sostenible (MADS), entre otros. Así mismo, es de importancia resaltar que el sector petrolero genera impactos a nivel social y las instituciones deben cumplir con la veeduría y el control de los diferentes componentes sociales que están comprometidos durante el desarrollo de las diferentes actividades petroleras. Dentro de los resultados se puede evidenciar la normativa amplia de la política ambiental de Colombia que debe ser más estricto su cumplimiento, el proceso de ejecución en las actividades, prácticas, procedimientos de la industria petrolera y la incorporación de actividades a ser consideradas de alto impacto para atender los requerimientos de las comunidades, los procesos de consulta previa y la inclusión de estas en las diferentes etapas del proceso.
dc.description.abstractenglishThe main purpose of the following research is to analyse the process of the petroleum industry and how the fulfilments of the environmental regulations work at the Department of Caquetá, taking into account that the population of different social spheres from the department are nonconformity with the arrival of companies in the hydrocarbons sector and the different environmental issues such as the water sources risk, and how The implementation of the new improvement alternative by the engineering in the different stages and activities plays an important role. All the above taking into account the existing environmental regulations which must be demanded to all contractors and to the procedures performed by entities such as the national hydrocarbons agency, the national environmental licensing authority and the ministry of environment and sustainable development. Likewise, it is relevant to highlight that the oil industry is the most deleterious and has a huge impact in the social areas, so the institutions involved should fulfill all the requirements in order to counteract the different effects of the petroleum activities secondly, within the results it can be evidenced a broad normative of the environmental policy of Colombia, which must be stricter with the compliance of the processes, procedures, activities and practices of the petroleum industry, and everything related to the activities to be considered of high impact to meet the requirements of the communities in the stages of the process that can affect individuals.
