dc.description.abstractLa universidad como institución tiene la responsabilidad de la educación superior y preservación de la cultura. Tiene como finalidad la búsqueda de una formación integral para sus educandos, de manera que puedan estos desarrollar todas sus capacidades, fortalezas y habilidades a fin de revertir su conocimiento para beneficio de la sociedad. En este siglo XXI, cada vez la Universidad enfrenta nuevos retos en la construcción de una nueva sociedad, que contribuya al mejoramiento de la calidad de vida y al medio ambiente. Es por eso que la Universidad tiene como fines la docencia, la investigación y la extensión y para ello tiene como punto de partida los 4 pilares de la educación según el informe de Delors de la UNESCO; aprender a aprender, aprender a ser, aprender a hacer y aprender a convivir. Estas reflexiones plasmadas en la monografía no sólo muestran la realidad de la Universidad actual sino que a su vez trata una problemática al interior de las aulas de clase del programa de Ingeniería de Sistemas, en el cual los estudiantes encuentran dificultades en el momento de comprender los textos, quizás debido a los contenidos procedimentales y rutinarios en la que el estudiante no alcanza a percibir los procesos mental es que conlleva la lectura. Por ello surge estrategias innovadoras para motivar a los docentes y estudiantes, a los primeros para mediar el proceso educativo de enseñanza, aprendizaje, evaluación y a los segundos para lograr abstracciones significativas de comprensión, en las cuales el aprendiz sea conciente de los procesos mentales que exige la comprensión de lectura y que además es leyendo como se pueden transformar las estructuras cognitivas de manera que a nuestros conocimientos le integremos nueva información.
dc.description.abstractenglishUniversity as institution has the responsibility of the higher education and preservation of the culture. It has like purpose the search of an integral formation for their students, so that they are able to develop all their capacities, strengths and abilities in order to revert their knowledge for benefit of the society. In this century XXI, every time the University faces new challenges in the construction of a new society that contributes to the improvement of the quality of life and to the environment. It is why the University has like aims teaching, the investigation and the extension and for it has like starting point the four pillars of the education according to the report of Delors of UNESCO; to learn to learn, to learn to being, learning to do and to learn to coexist. These reflections expressed in the monograph not only show the reality of the current University but at the same time treats a problematic one to the interior of the classrooms of Engineering of Systems program, in which the students find difficulties at the moment perhaps for including/understanding texts, due to the procedural contents and routine in which find difficulties at the moment to understand the texts, perhaps due to the routine and procedural contents in which the student does not reach to perceive the mental processes that involves the reading. For that reason it arises innovating strategies to motivate to the teachers and the students, to the first mediating the educational process of teaching, learning, evaluation and to the seconds for achieve significant abstractions of understanding, in which the apprentice is conscientious of the mental processes that the reading understanding demands and that in addition is reading as the cognitive structures can be transformed so that to our knowledge we integrate new information to him.
