dc.descriptionRESUMENPartiendo del análisis del concepto de ideología se procede a develar el contenido de la "Ley 30". Se traza como eje directriz para este análisis jurídico, el conocimiento sobre la historia de la Universidad y la legislación educativa. Este análisis se realiza teniendo en cuenta en primer lugar, los marcos reformadores del contexto económico internacional, y en segundo lugar, las ideas capitales del actual régimen socio-político Colombiano, consagrado por la carta constitucional de 1991.Bajo este doble enfoque, el artículo critica y desentraña el contenido formal y real de los principales conceptos supuestos sobre los que se basa la reforma actual: autonomía, modernización, internacionalización, profesionalización, pluralismo. Entonces demuestra algunas derivaciones interpretativas de carácter particular y utilitarista que han impuesto una aplicabilidad bastante distanciada de los fines públicos de una educación para lo superior.  es-ES
dc.descriptionSUMMARYBeginning with the analysis of the ideology concept the author moves on to unveil the contents of the "Ley 30". In order lo do a juridical analysis, the essay establishes as a guiding axis the knowledge about university history and educative legislation. This analysis is done taking into account at first, the reforms in the international economic context, second, the capital ideas from the present social- political Colombian regime, set by the constitution of 1991.Based on this double approach, the essay critics and figures out the formal and real content of the supposed concepts that support the present reform: autonomy, modernity, internationality, professionality, pluralism. Then shows some particular and utilitarian interpretations that have imposed an aplicability rather different from the actual public purposes of an education for the highest aims. en-US
