dc.descriptionRESUMEN ANALÍTICOEl propósito de este trabajo de investigación es la construcción de un sistema de gestión de objetos de aprendizaje que facilite el desarrollo y seguimiento del trabajo independiente de los estudiantes en la Universidad de Córdoba. El sistema fue desarrollado, con una perspectiva asociada al uso de estándares internacionales y con un enfoque moderno de ingeniería del software, de tal forma que faciliten el indexamiento, catalogación y empaquetamiento de los contenidos.Los logros más importantes de este trabajo están asociados con la caracterización de los repositorios de objetos de aprendizaje y de los estudiantes, lo cual permitió definir y establecer las funcionalidades y servicios del sistema, además se generó un modelo de producción de objetos de aprendizaje que permite que los docentes puedan crear dichos objetos con estándares de calidad y siguiendo una hoja de ruta que indique las fases y etapas que deben desarrollarse.Por otra parte, se logró desarrollar una herramienta que gestiona de manera apropiada los objetos de aprendizaje institucionales y permite apoyar los procesos educativos en el aula, permitiendo que los docentes, estudiantes y directivos académicos puedan disponer de nuevas estrategias pedagógicas y didácticas que enriquecen la formación profesional.PALABRAS CLAVES: Repositorios, Objetos de Aprendizaje, Trabajo Independiente, Estándares, Metadatos, Ingeniería del Software. ANALYTICAL SUMMARY The focus on this research work is to build a learning object management system to facilitate the development and monitoring of independent student’s work at the University of Cordoba. The system was developed from an associated perspective with international standards use and with a modern approach since the software engineering, so as to facilitate indexing, cataloging and content packaging.The most important achievements of this work are associated with the characterization of learning object repositories and students, so this allowed to define and to establish the functions and system services that also generated a production model for learning, which allows that teachers can create those objects with quality standards and following a roadmap that was showing the phases and stages to be developed.On the other hand, it was achieved to develop a tool that properly manages the institutional learning objects and can support educative processes on the classroom, allowing that teachers, students and directives can have new pedagogical and didactical strategies, which enable them to enrich the professional development.KEYWORDS: Repositories, Learning Objects, Independent Work, Standards, Metadata, Software, Engineeringes-ES
