dc.description.abstractDadas la actuales condiciones de crecimiento poblacional de la ciudad de Barrancabermeja y teniendo en cuenta su desarrollo industrial y su fuerte participación en el sector energético, se prevé que la ciudad sea un lugar atractivo para el desarrollo de muchas actividades económicas que proporcionen bienestar y esparcimiento a los trabajadores del sector en mención; además, hay que tener en cuenta que las condiciones climáticas de la región han creado entre sus habitantes una cultura que favorece el consumo de cerveza, posicionándola dentro de las ciudades donde se presenta mayor índice consumo a nivel nacional, es por ello que se presume que el montaje de un establecimiento de venta de cerveza podría llegar a ser una opción rentable de negocio. Teniendo en cuenta los factores anteriormente mencionados y siguiendo las recomendaciones de un estudio de mercado relacionado, el cual fue realizado previamente por estudiantes de la Universidad Industrial de Santander; se realizó el estudio Técnico y Financiero para el montaje de un bar cervecero, dadas las fuentes utilizadas, este estudio se efectúa a nivel de prefactibilidad. Con este estudio se pretende proporcionar un panorama real del contexto socio-económico y cultural de la cuidad, el cual será una herramienta básica para la toma de decisiones para aquellos que pretendan introducirse en el negocio de la venta de cerveza.
dc.description.abstractenglishGiven the current conditions of population growth in the city of Barrancabermeja and considering its industrial development and its strong participation in the energy sector , it is expected that the city will be an attractive place for the development of many economic activities that provide welfare and recreation to workers in the sector in question , also keep in mind that weather conditions in the region have created among its inhabitants a culture that promotes the consumption of beer , positioning it within the cities where consumption has highest rate nationally, it is presumed that the assembly of an establishment selling beer could become a profitable business option . Taking into account the above factors and following the recommendations of a study related market, which was previously done by students at the Industrial University of Santander , the Technical and Financial study for installation of a beer bar was made , given the sources used , this study was performed at the prefeasibility level. This study aims to provide a true picture of the socio-economic and cultural context of the city, which will be a basic tool for decision making for those who want to enter the business of selling
