dc.description.abstractEs necesario implementar en las prácticas docentes asistenciales de enfermería de la Unidad de Tratamiento Intrahospitalario del Hospital Psiquiátrico San Camilo (ESE HPSC), un aprendizaje significativo que permita potenciar la pregunta, generar la incertidumbre, el cuestionamiento, la duda metodológica, de tal manera que los planteamientos de los problemas sean resueltos y exista un anclaje de los subsumidores existentes con los conocimientos nuevos. Este aprendizaje no sólo conduce al aprendiz a un cambio de conducta si no a un cambio en el significado de la experiencia, en primer instancia a reconocer el problema, posteriormente buscar la solución y finalmente propiciar el cambio conceptual, metodológico y actitudinal; en la búsqueda de la solución del problema el aprendiz concluye que los conocimientos que posee son insuficientes para dar respuesta al problema que se ha formulado, requiere utilizar no sólo los conocimientos propios del saber, sino de otros saberes científicos. Esta estrategia permite que el educando desarrolle su habilidad de pensamiento puesto que exige procesos mentales como el análisis, la síntesis y la creatividad; tanto los aprendices como los instructores favorecen el espíritu científico, a través de planteamientos cualitativos, como de hipótesis, elaboración de estrategias de resolución y el análisis del resultado. En este proceso las nuevas informaciones adquieren significado por interacción (no asociación) con aspectos relevantes preexistentes en la estructura cognitiva, lográndose de esta forma una trasformación del entorno, pensar, sentir y actuar del aprendiz. Para que el aprendizaje pueda ser significativo el material debe ser potencialmente significativo y el aprendiz tiene que manifestar una disposición para aprender y relacionar de manera sustantiva y no arbitraria el nuevo material con su estructura cognitiva.
dc.description.abstractenglishIt is necessary to implement in the assistance educational practices of nurses in the San Camilo Psychiatric Hospital a significant learning that allows to raise to a power the question, to generate the uncertainty, the inquiry, the methodological doubt, in such a way that the positions of the problems are resolved and exist an anchorage of the pre-existent with the new knowledge. This learning doesn't only lead to the apprentice to a behavior change, it leads to change the meaning of the experience, to recognize the problem is firs instance, to look for the solution later and the propitiate the conceptual, methodological and actitudinal trans formation finally. The apprentice concludes that the knowledge that it possesses are insufficient to give answer to the problem that has been formulated; he requires to not only use the specific knowledge but he needs other scientific disciplines. This strategy allows that the pupil develops its thought ability since it demands mental processes like the analysis, the synthesis and the creativity; the apprentices and the instructors, both, favor the scientific spirit, through qualitative positions, like hypothesis, elaboration of resolution strategies and the analysis of the result. The new informations acquire meant by interaction (non association) with the pre-existent outstanding aspects in the structure cognitive. It is achieved a transformation of the environment, the thought, the feelings and the proceedings of the apprentices by this way. The material should be potentially significant so that the learning can be significant and the apprentice has to manifest a disposition to learn and to relate substantially and not arbitrary.
