RESUMEN Investigación cualitativa que privilegia la comprensión sobre la explicación, cuyo proceso de interpretación se dirigió a atribuir un significado a los datos, tratando de analizar lo universal desde un particular concreto: la práctica social de la Enfermera, mediante la confrontación con el saber acumulado de las Enfermeras y otras disciplinas sociales. Se reconstruyeron las prácticas cotidianas de las enfermeras en atención primaria, con el fin de establecer fenómenos o diagnósticos de enfermería, que ayuden al desarrollo de un lenguaje estandarizado que represente un consenso nacional e internacional y promueva el intercambio de información científica y tecnológica para diseñar modelos de atención ajustados a las realidades sociales del país, contribuyendo a la transformación de las prácticas de enfermería. En la reconstrucción de las prácticas en Bucaramanga, se formularon 14 fenómenos de enfermería, de los cuales la violencia tuvo validación interna y externa, con enfermeras pares de Bogotá y Cali, con grupos focales de la comunidad, con pares de la misma región, validación por intervenciones y validación teórica, siendo caracterizado esencialmente por agresión verbal, ingresos bajos y amenazas y coacciones. Fue insertado a la CIPE (Clasificación Internacional de las Prácticas de Enfermería) como un fenómeno de Enfermería que pertenece a la comunidad. ABSTRACT The aim off the qualitative research is based on the understanding more than the explanation. It tries to find the meaning of the data from the analysis of the particular until the universal data: for example the social nursery practice is based in the confrontation between the accumulated knowledge of the nurses and the other social disciplines. The daily practice of nurses on primary attention were rebuilding in order to help the development of a nurse common language. It was made with the aim to represent a national and international consensus and to exchange scientific and technical information. In addition transformation of the nursing practices through the design of nursing attention models related with the social reality of the country are expected. Fourteen phenomenon were formulated in this study in Bucaramanga. The violence phenomenon was validated for six months by nurses in Bucaramanga, in Bogotá, Cali and by local group of the community in the Bucaramanga validation, made by intervention and theoric validation. Showing as principal characteristics the verbal aggression, the low incomes, the menaces and the enforcements. As a result of this study, the violence phenomenon and its characteristics were included in the CIPE as a primary phenomenon that belong to the community.
