dc.description.abstractEn la actualidad el área rural del municipio de Yondó en el departamento de Antioquia, ofrece oportunidades de desarrollo social y económico, mediante la ejecución de servicios y proyectos para mejorar la calidad de vida de comunidades, como lo es el corregimiento de San Miguel del Tigre. Lo cual, se presenta como una alternativa de solución a la identificación de la problemática del mercado ilegal y hurto de gas natural en la red de transporte de la cadena de gas natural. En este orden de ideas se realiza inicialmente el diagnóstico de la situación actual de conexión ilícita a la red de transporte, de la cual los usuarios del corregimiento San Miguel del tigre toman el combustible para cocción de los alimentos; posteriormente, se realiza el planteamiento de una metodología, que busca analizar la opción de reemplazar el uso del gas de manera ilícita por un sistema de distribución que cuente con los parámetros técnicos, económicos, legales y normativos, apto para la administración, operación y mantenimiento por parte de una empresa prestadora de servicios públicos. El propósito de este proyecto es plantear como desarrollarlo de manera idónea, permitiendo mitigar los riesgos ocasionados por las conexiones irregulares, regulando un nuevo mercado especial, brindado el servicio de gas natural a la comunidad afectada, supliendo las causas de la problemática, mediante la posibilidad de consecución de recursos por medio de fuentes estatales en conjunto con las administraciones locales. Asimismo, se determina la aceptabilidad del proceso establecido para valorar la factibilidad del proyecto y la selección de la mejor alternativa técnico-económica, mediante la valoración de las variables preponderantes para la proyección y ejecución del suministro de gas domiciliario legal en el área diagnosticada.
dc.description.abstractenglishCurrently the rural area of the Yondó town in the department of Antioquia, offers opportunities for social and economic development through the execution of services and projects to improve the quality of life of communities, such as the village of San Miguel del Tigre. This is presented as an alternative solution to the identification of the illegal market and the theft of natural gas in the transport network of the natural gas chain. Based on that situation, the diagnosis of the current illicit connection to the transport network is made, from which the users of the San Miguel del Tigre village take the fuel for cooking the food; Subsequently, a methodology is proposed, which seeks to analyze the option to replace the use of gas in an illicit manner by a distribution system that has the technical, economic, legal and regulatory parameters, suitable for administration, operation and maintenance by a utility provider. The purpose of this project is to propose how to develop it in an ideal way, allowing mitigating the risks caused by irregular connections, regulating a new special market, providing the natural gas service to the affected community, supplying the causes of the problem, through the possibility of obtaining resources through state sources in conjunction with local administrations. Likewise, the acceptability of the established process is determined to assess the feasibility of the project and the selection of the best technical-economic alternative, through the review of the preponderant variables for the projection and execution of the legal gas supply in the area diagnosed.3
