dc.description.abstractCon el fin de poder monitorear de una forma más adecuada el comportamiento de los proyectos de inyección de agua en campos petroleros del país, la presente monografía tiene como objetivo definir las variables de monitoreo claves para el desempeño de los proyectos de inyección, e integrarlas en un tablero de balance que permita a los ingenieros y gerentes, controlar el proyecto de forma eficiente y poder fijar su evolución en el tiempo. Todo lo anterior con el propósito de tomar decisiones para corregir cualquier tipo de desviación en los tiempos correctos, inducir al proyecto a alcanzar metas de más alto nivel o simplemente cumplir las pautadas. El formular las variables claves que afectan los proyectos de inyección y poder evidenciar su comportamiento a través de un tablero de balance; proporcionará una forma lógica y completa de describir la estrategia que se implementará en el campo durante la vida del proyecto.
dc.description.abstractenglishIn order to the better surveillance of the behavior of water injection projects in oil fields in the country, this monograph aims to define key monitoring variables for project performance, and integrate them into a balance sheet that allows engineers and managers to control the project efficiently and be able to fix its evolution over time. All of the above with the purpose of making decisions to correct any type of deviation in the correct times, to induce the project to reach goals of a higher level or simply to comply with the guidelines. To formulate the key variables that affect the water injection projects and be able to show their behavior through a balance sheet; It will provide a logical and complete way to describe the strategy that will be implemented in the field during the life of the project.
