dc.description.abstractEn el presente trabajo de grado se elaboró un manual de operación para la práctica de determinación experimental del coeficiente de difusión en líquidos, teniendo en cuenta la necesidad que veían los alumnos y docentes de la asignatura de Laboratorio de Procesos l de mejorar la práctica y reforzar el procedimiento experimental de está, así como implementar nuevas herramientas y condiciones de operación para mejorar su comprensión, dicho manual se construyó con base a recursos bibliográficos y en los resultados obtenidos después de la realización de varias pruebas de laboratorio utilizando una celda Armifield la cual esta montada sobre un recipiente de vidrio que contiene una barra agitadora, bajo estas pruebas se establecieron las variables influyentes en el cálculo del coeficiente de difusión para obtener valores más cercanos a la literatura. Además, se desarrolló un aplicativo virtual el cual es didáctico y esta basado en las TIC de la Universidad Industrial de Santander y apoyado en material pedagógico, este fue alojado en Firebase y creado con MkDocs, el cual es un generador de sitios estáticos rápido y simple, el cual está orientado a la documentación de proyectos con el fin de afianzar más los conocimientos adquiridos y reforzar el acto de enseñanza-aprendizaje.
dc.description.abstractenglishIn the present work of degree a manual of operation was elaborated for the practice of experimental determination of the coefficient of diffusion in liquids, having in it counts the need that there saw the pupils and teachers of the subject of Process laboratory l to improve the practice and to reinforce the experimental procedure of it is, as well as to implement new tools and conditions of operation to improve his comprehension, the above mentioned manual was constructed by base to bibliographical resources and in the results obtained after the accomplishment of several tests of laboratory using a cell Armifield which this mounting on a glass container that contains a stitting bar, under these tests the influential variables were established in the calculation of the coefficient of diffusion to obtain nearest values to the literature. In addition, there developed the applicative virtual one which is didactic and this one based on the TIC of the Industrial University of Santander and supported on pedagogic, this material it was lodged in Firebase and created with MkDocs, which is a rapid and simple generator of static sites, which is orientated to the project documentation in order to guarantee more the acquired knowledge and to reinforce the act of education - learning.
