dc.descriptionOne of the greatest dilemmas of the Philosophy of Law is found in the moral content of the law. For centuries, hundreds of authors have discussed whether the law must necessarily have a certain axiological content to be valid, as well as the nature of such content, or whether it is enough for it to be approved by the legally established channels for its validity. In the present work we will examine the question based on the thinking of the most prominent philosophers of law today.en-US
