dc.description.abstractEn el desarrollo de este trabajo se estudia la prefactibilidad de fabricación de sistemas blindocables en Nexans Colombia S.A. En 1983 se creó CEDSA S.A. la cual elaboraba cables, en 2007 adquirida por MADECO y tiempo después (en 2008) fue adquirida por Nexans un grupo Francés, aportando apoyo tecnológico, financiero y experiencia en el mercado. Inicialmente se dimensiona el mercado potencial, en el cual se toma una mirada global, ejecutando acciones de evaluación del entorno donde se desarrolla el proyecto, luego se toma en cuenta el análisis de los aspectos legales y ambientales, para finalmente concluir financieramente la prefactibilidad del proyecto. En el estudio de mercados se analiza el crecimiento del mercado de los conductores eléctricos, el presupuesto de proyectos, los posibles clientes y el crecimiento de NEXANS en el mercado de Colombia. Se analiza el crecimiento del sector de la construcción, el cual es el mercado objetivo del proyecto. Posteriormente, se pasa al estudio técnico, donde se definen las especificaciones técnicas del producto, La capacidad de producción, las inversiones requeridas en cuanto a equipos y los costos asociados a la operación del negocio de los sistemas blindocables, para finalmente concluir con la evaluación financiera la prefactibilidad del proyecto para pasar a la etapa de factibilidad y ejecución del mismo.
dc.description.abstractenglishIn this document is developed the prefeasibility study about manufacturing of cable bus system in Nexans Colombia S.A. In 1983 was created CEDSA S.A. this enterprise elaborated cables, in 2007 it was acquired for MADECO and then (in 2008) it was acquired for NEXANS, a French group, contributing with technology support, financial support and experience in the market. Initially it is estimated the potential market, taking a look to the environment where the Project is developed, analyzing legal aspects, environmental aspects and finally to conclude financially the feasibility of the project. In the market research it is analyzed the growing of the electric conductors market, the Project budget, the possible customers and the growing of Nexans S. A. in the Colombian market. It is analyzed the building sector, this is the target market of the cable bus project. After that, in the technical research it is defined the technical specifications of the product, the production capability, the necessary investments to acquire equipment and the costs associated with production of the cable bus system, to finally conclude it with the financial research of the project, with this it is possible to pass to feasibility study and the execution of the project.
