dc.description.abstractEl Ministerio de Salud y de la protección social en Colombia tiene definido un sistema obligatorio de garantía de la calidad de la atención en salud en el cual se contemplan cuatro componentes: Sistema Único de Habilitación, Sistema de Información, la auditoria para el mejoramiento de la calidad de la atención en salud y el sistema único de Acreditación. Toda institución prestadora de servicios de salud IPS debe garantizar que se cumple con la Accesibilidad, Oportunidad, Seguridad, Pertinencia y Continuida en la prestación de los servicios de salud y para ello debe como mínimo cumplir con el sistema de información, la auditoria para el mejoramiento de la calidad y
dc.description.abstractenglishThe Ministry of Health and Social Protection in Colombia has defined a mandatory quality assurance of health care in which four components are considered: Enabling Single System, Information System, the audit to improve the quality of health care and unique system of Accreditation. Every institution providing health services IPS must ensure compliance with the Accessibility, Opportunity, Security, Relevance and Continuity providing the health service and it must at least comply with the system information, the audit to improve quality and enabling single system, which counts with 7 standards among which is the standard endowment which includes the conditions, adequacy and maintenance of technology management as a key element for providing a safely and continuous health service. This project aims to support the management that made at the ESE San Antonio, searching resources for technological renovation of the emergency department, required under the unique system of qualification regulated by Resolution 2003 of 2014. With the collected data, the financial information required for investment in upgrading biomedical equipment in the emergency department in the ESE San Antonio of Rionegro was determined, defining acost analysis based on revenues from sales of services, the costs arising from the provision of these and other variables for the incorporation of updated and appropriate technology to the level of provision of health services, thereby ensuring a better quality of life to Rionegrian population, which guarantees the security and humanization in the provision of health services.
