Knowledge is divided, and “teaching” and “learning” take place without any creativity nor enchantment. Many think that teaching is an easy activity, with little sensibility to changes and that it is about speaking on something without main methods nor special intentions or strategies. It is necessary to review the routine pedagogical practices, to recover the common sense, to be conscious of the students educative potential, to discover the delight of teaching. It is needed to generate synergetic non-invasive strategies to transform the school into an active and modifying environment, to decentralize the professor’s thought in order to decentralize the curriculum as the bases for a model that sustains and orients the pedagogical work, because the epistemological limitations of the current model of scholarliness will not be surpassed with single good intentions. A radical change to the scholarship system supposes the transformation of the school culture of isolated practitioners, to a culture of interrelations and builders designer.   Keywords: “Good” professors. Educative synergy. Felt common. Thinking decentralization. Curriculum decentralization. Educational system. Modifying active environment.
