dc.description.abstractEl presente trabajo consiste en la elaboración de la ingeniería básica de un de gas natural. Este gasoducto contará con una longitud aproximada de 40 kilómetros y conectará la estación de regulación y medición (ERM) Guama con el gasoducto Bosconia. Dicha conexión al gasoducto de acero Gascaribe se realizará a través de la estación de regulación y medición Pueblo Nuevo, la cual dispone de un punto de conexión proyectado para recibir el gas del campo Guama. Con la construcción de este gasoducto se busca aprovechar el gas proveniente del campo Guama y suministrarlo al gasoducto de distribución Gascaribe, y así poder satisfacer la demanda del gas requerida en el sector. Para la elaboración de este proyecto se usaron los softwares: - HYSYS versión académica propiedad UIS, para la elaboración del diagrama de fases teniendo como base la cromatografía suministrada por el campo Guama. - GOOGLE EARTH, versión libre, para destacar el trazado del gasoducto. - AUTODESK INVENTOR licencia Gascaribe, para la representación gráfica de los elementos que conforman el diseño (ERM Guama, válvulas seccionadoras.) - EXCEL licencia Gascaribe, donde se realizarán la mayoría de los cálculos hidráulicos y mecánicos.
dc.description.abstractenglishThe present work consists in the elaboration of the basic engineering of an 8" steel pipeline with three-layer coating (3LPE) for the distribution of natural gas. This gas pipeline will have an approximate length of 40 kilometers and will connect the Guama regulation and measurement station (ERM) with the 8 "Gascaribe Pueblo Nuevo - Bosconia steel distribution pipeline". This connection to the Gascaribe steel pipeline will be made through the Pueblo Nuevo regulation and measurement station, which has a connection point designed to receive gas from the Guama field. The construction of this gas pipeline seeks to take advantage of the gas coming from the Guama field and supply it to the Gascaribe distribution pipeline, in order to satisfy the gas demand required in the sector. For the elaboration of this project the following software was used: - HYSYS academic version, for the preparation of the phase diagram based on the chromatography provided by the Guama field. - GOOGLE EARTH, to highlight the gas pipeline layout. - AUTODESK INVENTOR, for the graphic representation of the elements that make up the design (ERM Guama, sectionalizing valves.) - EXCEL, where the majority of hydraulic and mechanical calculations will be carried out.
