dc.descriptionThe following presentation is part of the research project in which we have started working, called Professional training and practice: Necessary articulations, which aims at contributing on the improvement of university teaching practices devoted to the training of future teachers. We propose that the challenge for the trainers of teachers is to prepare students to face the changing, uncertain, and complex contemporary society, identifying the preparation of teachers with a radical transformation of the traditional ways of teaching. Regarding this, we intend to focus on the articulation of spaces between the University and the cotraining institutions, which receive students in a pre-professional practice situation, identifying traits attributed to the teaching task and perspectives that the teachers who receive them have about this task. We maintain that what we have identified as formas y preformas are developing ways of saying, acting and outlining a teaching task in continuous transformation. We, teachers and researchers who actively participate on teacher training have to collaborate in the construction of the meaning of being a teacher.en-US
dc.descriptionEsta presentación se inscribe en el marco del proyecto de investigación en el que hemos empezado a trabajar, denominado “Formación y práctica profesional. Articulaciones necesarias.”, que se orienta a contribuir al mejoramiento de las prácticas docentes universitarias dedicadas a la formación de futuros docentes.Planteamos que el desafío para los formadores de formadores es preparar a los estudiantes para afrontar la cambiante, incierta, y compleja sociedad contemporánea, identificando la preparación del profesorado con una transformación radical de los modos tradicionales de formación.En esta línea es que nos proponemos focalizar los espacios de articulación entre la Universidad y las instituciones co formadoras, que reciben alumnas en situación de prácticas pre profesionales, identificando rasgos atribuidos a la tarea docente y miradas que sobre esa tarea tienen los docentes que las reciben. Sostenemos que lo que hemos identificado como “formas y pre formas” van construyendo modos de decir, de actuar y de perfilar una tarea docente en permanente transformación. Los docentes e investigadores que participamos activamente en la formación docente tenemos que colaborar en las construcciones de sentido respecto al ser docente.es-ES
