dc.description.abstractLa universidad como propiciadora de la formación integral, aprueba y apoya la creación de los semilleros de investigación, como respuesta a una búsqueda por parte del Estado Colombiano de avances científicos y tecnológicos que permitan la transformación social. Así como también, en pro del desarrollo de las diferentes dimensiones del ser humano y de su satisfacción tanto intelectual, como personal, grupal. Su importancia es fundamental puesto que permite un aprendizaje significativo, una construcción y reconstrucción del conocimiento, buscar solución a los problemas sociales, del entorno y los inherentes a su profesión. Su creación y repercusión no sólo dependen del docente, sino del estudiante, quien es realmente el eje principal de los semilleros, de su motivación y dedicación. Es por ello necesario, construir una pedagogía y organización de estos, a partir del análisis de su situación actual. Propiciando así, la entrada de nuevos estudiantes a los semilleros e incentivando a los ya integrados a continuar vinculados más allá del pregrado. El aprendizaje por proyectos aunado al aprendizaje colaborativo, permite que los estudiantes logren generar y ejecutar propuestas de trabajo dirigidas a la resolución de problemas, atendiendo a los principios éticos y compromiso social propios de su disciplina y fortalece el proceso de Investigación formativa de los semilleros.
dc.description.abstractenglishThe university as a pledged of the integral education approves and supports the establishment of seedlings of research, as a response to look for scientific and technological resources towards social transformation by the Colombian state. , as well as, in favor of the development of the different dimensions of the human being and also its intellectual, personal and group satisfaction. Its importance is fundamental since it allows significant learning, construction and reconstruction of knowledge to look for solutions of the social problems, of the surroundings and the inherent ones to the student’s professions. Their creation and repercussion not only depend on the teacher, but on the student, who is indeed the main axis of the seedlings. it depends on her/his motivation and dedication. For that reason, it is necessary to construct a pedagogy and organization of the seedlings, starting from the analysis of its current situation. thus, resulting in a higher number of new students enrolled to the seedlings and motivating those ones already integrated to continue tie beyond the predegree. Learning by projects combined to collaborative learning, allows students to manage, to generate, and to execute proposals of work and research aimed at the resolution of problems, taking into account the ethical principles and the social commitment of its discipline, and fortifies the process of formative investigation of the seedlings.
