dc.description.abstractLa formación de la enfermera requiere de sólidos conocimientos en el área científica y humanista que le respalden su quehacer profesional y lo preparen para enfrentar su diario contacto con el paciente como ser humano en toda su dimensión, contribuyendo a la humanización y personalización de la atención que brinda a sus pacientes, sobre todo a aquellos que están preparándose para una cirugía o han sido intervenidos quirúrgicamente, de igual manera los familiares que lo acompañan en este proceso. Los planteamientos aquí expuestos permitirán al profesional de enfermería, acercarse de manera objetiva, a una revisión teórica que presenta diversas acepciones de la misión de cuidado, sobre todo, cuidado como trato humano, como imperativo bioético, es decir mantener la integralidad de las personas, y del cuidado como situación de afecto, desde allí se identifican unos planteamientos pertinentes, a la forma como se puede ir organizando la dependencia quirúrgica tanto en los ambientes físicos como profesionales, que hagan posible una vivencia más humana en esta sección hospitalaria. La "bioética y Aspectos Legales de la Profesión", entran a jugar un papel importante en la temática de humanización de la dependencia quirúrgica , por cuanto proporciona al profesional de Enfermería, las herramientas para resolver diversos problemas éticos y bioéticos en las diferentes etapas del ciclo vital de la persona humana y los aspectos que le dan el marco legal a la profesión de enfermería, realzando en su que hacer la mirada hacia la dignidad de la persona humana.

The positions here exposed they will allow to the infirmary professional, to come closer in way objective, to a theoretical revision that presents diverse meanings of the mission of care, mainly, care as human treatment, as imperative bioethic, that is to say to maintain the integrity of people, and of the care as situation of affection, from there some pertinent positions are identified, to the it forms like it can leave organizing the surgical dependence so much in the physical atmospheres as professionals that make possible a more human living in this hospital section. The bioethic and Legal Aspects of the Profession", they enter to play an important paper in the thematic one of humanization of the surgical dependence, since it provides to the professional of Infirmary, those tools to solve diverse ethical problems and bioethic in the different stages of the vital cycle of the human person and the aspects that give the legal mark to the infirmary profession, enhancing in its that to make the look toward the human person's dignity.
