dc.description.abstractEl concepto de Integridad se define básicamente como la seguridad y confiabilidad de los procesos. El presente trabajo de monografía tiene como fin principal, presentar un estudio de Integridad sobre el Gasoducto Barquereña -Trinidad usando las metodologías ECDA/ICDA en el Campo Casanare de Perenco y asegurar la integridad para el transporte de gas por este ducto. La base para el desarrollo de este proyecto, es información técnica del proceso de transporte de Gas en el Campo Casanare, suministrada por Perenco Colombia Limited. Como fase inicial se debe realizar levantamiento de información (construcción, histórico de falla, operacional, inspecciones, reparaciones etc.) y análisis del proceso de transporte de Gas desde la Estación de producción Barquereña hasta la Estación de producción Trinidad para identificar rápidamente acciones de control de húmeda y corrosión y evitar el deterioro de los equipos. Para este levantamiento de información fue necesario contratar estudios y ensayos adicionales, ya que no existían registros o nunca se habían ejecutado y son necesarios para el análisis de integridad del sistema. Luego se correlaciona los resultados de las inspecciones y se establece un Plan de verificación y evaluación de Integridad en los puntos o regiones ECDA e ICDA más críticas o susceptibles para generación de corrosión. Por último se estructura un Plan de Manejo de integridad que asegure la operación segura y confiable de las tuberías y equipos, que incluya: mantenimiento predictivo, preventivo y correctivo. A medida que se ejecuten los estudios y/o reparaciones se irán documentando los resultados como anexos de este trabajo.
dc.description.abstractenglishThe concept of integrity is basically defined as the safety and reliability of processes. This work has as a main goal to present an Integrity study on the Barquereña-Trinity Gas Pipeline using the ECDA / ICDA methodologies in the Perenco Casanare Field and to ensure the integrity of the gas transport through this pipeline. The basis of this Project is thecnical information on the gas transportation process at Casanare Field, supplied by Perenco Colombia Limited. In the first step information was gathered (construction, historic failure, operational, inspections, repairs, etc. of the pipeline) must be carried out and analysis of the gas transport process from the Barquereña production station to the Trinidad production station to quickly identify control actions of wet and corrosion and to avoid the deterioration of the equipments. For this collection of information was necessary to hire additional studies and tests, as there were no study records or never were executed and those were necessary for the analysis of system integrity. The results of the inspections are then correlated and an Integrity verification and assessment plan is established for the most critical or susceptible sites for ECDA and ICDA corrosion generation. Finally, an Integrity Management Plan is structured to ensure the safe and reliable operation of pipelines and equipment, including: predictive, preventive and corrective maintenance. As the studies and / or repairs are executed, the results will be documented as annexes of this work.
