dc.description.abstract	El municipio San Juan de Girón, requiere estrategias que promuevan su crecimiento y desarrollo agropecuario, desafortunadamente las prácticas existentes no cuentan con el avance técnico pertinente que promueva espacios tecnológicos y fitosanitarios que garanticen progreso. Es por ello que el presente estudio busca propiciar el encuentro de características propias del sector porcino para su respectiva y eficiente explotación, comercialización, distribución y consumo, logrando procesos representativos y equitativos formulando aspectos económicos, políticos, sociales y ambientales pertinentes, pensando en un desarrollo técnico, competitivo y productivo; Los estudios realizados permiten observar que el 89,3% de los establecimientos que comercializan carne de cerdo en Girón desearían comprarle el producto a la nueva empresa en presentación de canal. El estudio técnico indica que no hay dificultad en obtener la localización, procesos, distribución en planta y los recursos necesarios para su puesta en marcha; su constitución organizacional es sencilla y permite planear, administrar, dirigir y controlar las actividades propias de la nueva empresa; el estudio financiero indica que la inversión inicial ($290.076.464) y el capital de trabajo ($212.329.720) está al alcance de los inversionistas del proyecto y la evaluación permite ver que no hay impactos ambientales y sociales negativas sino por el contrario generará empleo, un producto nutricional y aporte al sector empresarial; y en lo referente a la parte financiera los indicadores TIR (28,96%) y VPN ($110.809.502,24) indican bondades económicas del proyecto para recuperación de la inversión en el plazo de tres años y cinco meses.
dc.description.abstractenglish	The municipality San Juan de Girón, requires strategies that promote growth and agricultural development, existing practices unfortunately do not have the relevant technical breakthrough that promotes technological spaces and plant to ensure progress. That is why this study seeks to promote the meeting of characteristics of the pig sector for their respective and efficient operation, marketing, distribution and consumption, achieving representative and equitable processes formulating relevant political, social and economic aspects, environmental, development in mind technical, competitive and productive. This problem has generated the idea of creating a company producing pork with the intention to offer a meat product of the highest quality and safety reliability enabling customers. Studies would note that 89.3% of establishments that sell pork in Girón would like to buy the product to the new company presentation channel. The technical study indicates no difficulty in obtaining the location, processes, plant layout and the resources needed for its implementation; its organizational constitution is simple and allows you to plan, manage, direct and control the characteristics of the new business activities; financial study indicates that the initial investment ($ 290,076,464) and working capital ($ 212,329,720) is available to investors and evaluation project can see that there is no negative environmental and social impacts but rather create jobs , a nutritional product and contribution to the business sector; and in relation to the financial part of TIR (28.96%) and VPN ($ 110,809,502.24) indicators show economic benefits of the project payback within three years and five months.
