dc.description.abstract	El presente documento presenta las actividades realizadas en la oficina de planeación e infraestructura de la Alcaldía del municipio de San José de Miranda, Santander. El objetivo principal de este trabajo fue fortalecer habilidades técnicas y administrativas de la ingeniería civil mediante la revisión documental, planeación y control de proyectos municipales. Las actividades realizadas se dirigieron a la revisión de documentos técnicos relacionados con los proyectos municipales desarrollados por empresas consultoras, la formulación de proyectos por medio de la elaboración de presupuestos, cronogramas, memorias de cantidades, especificaciones técnicas y la revisión de documentación técnica para la expedición de licencias urbanísticas. Se apoyó en la recopilación y revisión de documentación de proyectos como el mejoramiento de escenarios deportivos, mejoramiento de una vía terciaria y vías urbanas, lo que permitió la presentación de estos proyectos ante la Gobernación y su viabilización. Adicionalmente, se apoyó en la presupuestación y programación de proyectos como la construcción de una gradería cubierta en el estadio municipal, la construcción de reservorios de agua y el mejoramiento del restaurante escolar. Finalmente, se colaboró en la revisión de documentos y planos presentados para la expedición de licencias urbanísticas, específicamente en la modalidad de obra nueva, presentadas a la oficina durante el periodo de la práctica. Esta experiencia influyó en el fortalecimiento de competencias en la planeación y control de proyectos y, además, en el desarrollo de habilidades profesionales en un entorno laboral, incluyendo el trabajo en equipo.
dc.description.abstractenglish	This document presents the activities carried out in the Planning and Infrastructure Office of the Mayor’s Office of the municipality of San José de Miranda, Santander. The main objective of this work was to strengthen technical and administrative skills in civil engineering through document review, planning, and control of municipal projects. The activities were focused on the review of technical documents related to municipal projects developed by consulting firms, as well as project formulation through the preparation of budgets, schedules, quantity takeoffs, technical specifications, and the review of technical documentation for the issuance of urban planning permits. Support was provided in the collection and review of documentation for projects such as the improvement of sports facilities, the upgrading of a tertiary road, and urban roads, which enabled their submission to the Departmental Government and subsequent approval. Additionally, support was given in the budgeting and scheduling of projects such as the construction of a covered grandstand in the municipal stadium, the construction of water reservoirs, and the improvement of the school cafeteria. Finally, assistance was provided in the review of documents and plans submitted for the issuance of urban planning permits, specifically under the new construction modality, received by the office during the internship period. This experience contributed to strengthening competencies in project planning and control, as well as the development of professional skills in a work environment, including teamwork.
