dc.description.abstract	La migración es un evento que ha sido atravesado por diferentes circunstancias, en el entendido de las dinámicas de la última década, la regulación de la Migración, como sus sanciones, cobra relevancia en el ámbito administrativo, pues es deber de toda nación conocer sobre los casos migratorios como sus consecuencias. En este trabajo se busca hacer un análisis de la terminología referente a migración, como su regulación, comenzando por el bloque internacional (ONU, ACNUR; OMI, CIDH) hasta jurisprudencia de la Corte Constitucional y el marco legal, con la serie de decretos y normas que regulan el mecanismo sancionatorio en el entendido de que se cometen infracciones, desde el nivel leve, hasta consecuencias más severas, que significarían la expulsión y deportación. Este análisis se realizó desde la óptica de la práctica en Migración Colombia, un organismo civil de seguridad adscrita al Ministerio de Relaciones Exteriores, que ejerce como autoridad migratoria a ciudadanos nacionales y extranjeros, en el territorio colombiano, de manera técnica y especializada, brindando servicios de calidad en el marco de la constitución y la ley. La tensión entre soberanía estatal y protección de los derechos del individuo enmarca claras responsabilidades que se tomarán en cuenta en el desarrollo de este trabajo.
dc.description.abstractenglish	Migration is an event that has been crossed by different circumstances, in the understanding of the dynamics of the last decade, the regulation of migration, such as its sanctions, becomes relevant in the administrative field, since it is the duty of every nation to know about migration cases and their consequences. In this work we seek to make an analysis of the terminology referring to migration, as well as its regulation, starting with the international block (UN, UNHCR; IMO, IACHR) up to the jurisprudence of the Constitutional Court and the legal framework, with the series of decrees and norms that regulate the sanctioning mechanism in the understanding that infractions are committed, from the slightest level, to more severe consequences, which would mean expulsion and deportation. This analysis was carried out from the perspective of the practice of Migration Colombia, a civilian security agency attached to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, which acts as a migration authority for national and foreign citizens in the Colombian territory, in a technical and specialized manner, providing quality services within the framework of the constitution and the law. The tension between state sovereignty and protection of the rights of the individual frames clear responsibilities that will be taken into account in the development of this work.
