dc.description.abstract	El trabajo en equipo proporciona la oportunidad a los emprendedores de afrontar un mercado altamente competitivo con resultados eficientes, esta habilidad es esencial en el ámbito corporativo porque posibilita que cada persona aporte desde sus conocimientos y experiencias, permitiendo que las metas se cumplan fácilmente; por lo tanto, el objetivo de esta investigación consistió en estudiar el uso del trabajo en equipo en estudiantes emprendedores de Gestión y Tecnología Empresarial de la Universidad Industrial de Santander; con este fin se empleó una metodología con un enfoque cuantitativo. Las fuentes de recolección de información fueron la bibliografía resultante de una revisión documental del tema y posteriormente se utilizó una encuesta, aplicada a una muestra de ocho estudiantes seleccionados mediante muestreo por conveniencia. El perfil de los emprendedores se definió a partir de la información recolectada, se realizó el desglose de las dificultades y retos que enfrentan los estudiantes y se identificaron las habilidades esenciales para el desarrollo efectivo del trabajo en equipo. Se estableció que el Liderazgo y la colaboración son dos elementos fundamentales para el trabajo en equipo presentes en los estudiantes emprendedores; la comunicación por su parte presenta signos de alerta, por lo cual es necesario implementar acciones para fortalecerla; también, se evidencia que la coordinación es una habilidad crítica que necesita ser intervenida. Finalmente, la falta de claridad en la comunicación y la desconfianza mutua se identifican como obstáculos, subrayando la importancia de mejorar estos aspectos para fortalecer el trabajo en equipo.
dc.description.abstractenglish	Teamwork provides entrepreneurs with the opportunity to face a highly competitive market with efficient results. This skill is essential in the corporate world because it allows each person to contribute their knowledge and experience, enabling goals to be achieved more easily. Therefore, the objective of this research was to study the use of teamwork among entrepreneurial students of Business Management and Technology at the Industrial University of Santander. To this end, a quantitative methodology was employed. The sources of information were literature resulting from a document review of the topic, and subsequently, a survey was administered to a sample of eight students selected through convenience sampling. The profile of the entrepreneurs was defined based on the information collected. The difficulties and challenges faced by the students were analyzed, and the essential skills for the effective development of teamwork were identified. It was established that leadership and collaboration are two fundamental elements for teamwork present in the entrepreneurial students; communication, on the other hand, shows warning signs, making it necessary to implement actions to strengthen it. It is also evident that coordination is a critical skill that needs improvement. Finally, a lack of clarity in communication and mutual distrust are identified as obstacles, underscoring the importance of improving these aspects to strengthen teamwork.
