dc.description.abstract	Este proyecto se realizó con el objetivo de apoyar las obras ejecutadas durante el periodo de práctica empresarial en la secretaría de planeación e infraestructura del municipio de Carmen de Carupa, ubicada en el departamento de Cundinamarca, en un periodo de tiempo el cual inicio el 13 de junio y que finalizo el 13 de octubre de 2023. Allí se trabajó conjuntamente con los profesionales que hacen parte de la oficina de secretaría de planeación e infraestructura con la formulación de proyectos, revisión de presupuestos, cronograma de actividades, control y seguimiento de obras y la elaboración de documentos. Con el desarrollo de la práctica empresarial se apoyó a la secretaría de infraestructura municipal con la supervisión y control de las obras que se encontraban en ejecución, velando por el correcto cumplimiento del objeto contratado y el conducto regular de construcción enmarcado en la normatividad vigente, creando habilidades y destrezas en la expedición de certificados de uso de suelo, cruce cartográfico de los planos existentes del municipio y de los planos del esquema de ordenamiento territorial vigente, revisión detallada de las licencias que llegaban a la oficina y la elaboración del acta de observaciones para cada una de las licencias que expide, trabajando conjuntamente con otras entidades administrativas con la finalidad de cubrir las necesidades que presenta la comunidad de este municipio en pro del desarrollo de este, dándole más tiempo al personal de la secretaría de infraestructura para concentrar su esfuerzo en nuevos proyectos que debían ser ejecutados antes de terminar el periodo gubernamental.
dc.description.abstractenglish	This project has been made with the objective of supporting the completed works during the internship period at the Planning and Infrastructure Secretariat of the township of Carmen de Carupa, located in the department of Cundinamarca, in a period which began on June 13 and ended on October 13, 2023. There, we worked jointly with the professionals who are part of the planning and infrastructure secretariat office with the formulation of projects, budget review, activities schedule, control and monitoring of works and the preparation of documents. With the development of the internship, the municipal infrastructure secretary was supported with the supervision and control of the works in progress, ensuring correct compliance with the contracted object and the regular construction process framed in current regulations; building skills and abilities in the issuance of land use certificates, cartographic cross-section of the existing plans of the municipality and the plans of the current territorial planning scheme, detailed review of the licenses that arrived at the office and the preparation of the observation records for each of the licenses issued, working jointly with other administrative entities in order to cover the needs presented by the community of this town in favor of its development, giving more time to the infrastructure secretary's staff to concentrate their efforts on new projects that had to be executed before the end of the government period.
