dc.description.abstract	Este documento contiene el diseño, documentación, implementación y evaluación de un Sistema de Gestión de Calidad, aplicado al Instituto Empresarial Gabriela Mistral de Floridablanca, el cual está fundamentado bajo los requisitos emitidos por el gobierno Nacional en la norma técnica colombiana NTC GP 1000:2000 y el MECI 1000:2005. Buscando la mejora continua de sus procesos, respondiendo así a las expectativas y necesidades de sus usuarios. En el desarrollo de este proyecto se llevó a cabo un diagnóstico del estado inicial de la institución, dando como resultado una planificación donde se atacaron los puntos críticos, permitiendo determinar las actividades de sensibilización y capacitación necesarias para que el personal de la institución se apropiara del Sistema de Gestión de Calidad, definiendo luego las directrices institucionales, misión, visión, los objetivos, política de calidad, mapa de proceso y comité de calidad. Luego se da inicio a la documentación donde se diseñaron los formatos, documentos, registros, manuales y procedimientos, dando paso a la implementación realizando capacitaciones de las mismas explicando su importancia, su correcta forma de diligenciamiento y estableciendo el seguimiento de la satisfacción del cliente. Puesto a andar el sistema, se realizaron las respectivas auditorías internas y se plantearon acciones de mejora generando la cultura de mejoramiento continuo. Se presentas por ultimo conclusiones y recomendación para el mantenimiento del Sistema De Gestión De Calidad del Instituto Empresarial Gabriela Mistral.
dc.description.abstractenglish	This document contains the design, documentation, implementation and evaluation of a Quality Management System applied to the Business Institute Gabriela Mistral in Floridablanca, which is based on the requirements issued by the National Government in The Colombian Technical Standard NTC 1000:2000 GP and MECI 1000:2005. It seeks the continuous improvement of its processes, responding to the expectations and needs of its users. In in the development of this project, it was carried out a diagnosis of the initial state of the institution, resulting in a plan where the critical points were attacked. It allowed determining the awareness and training activities necessary for the staff of the institution to take over the quality Management System. It was defined then, the institutional guidelines, mission, vision, objectives, quality policy, process map and quality Committee. Then, it began the documentation process where forms, documents, records, manuals and procedures were designed, in order to lead to the implementation and carrying out training about them, explaining their importance, the correct way of filling them out and establishing a tracking customer satisfaction system. Once the system was working, there came the respective internal audits and improvement actions were set in order to create a culture of continuous improvement. Conclusions and recommendations were presented for the maintenance of the Quality Management System of the Business Institute Gabriela Mistral.
