dc.description.abstract	El plan de mejoramiento del sistema productivo se realizó en la empresa SUELAS Y TACONES RALLY cuyo objetivo primordial fue el de diseñar e implementar un programa en el área de producción, con el fin de incrementar la productividad. Inicialmente se hizo una descripción de las actividades que se realizan al interior de la empresa para conocer los detalles de sus procesos, posteriormente se efectuó el diagnóstico que sirvió de base para saber exactamente qué programas se iban a implementar en la planta productiva. Después de esto se propuso e implementó una serie de estrategias que conllevaron a un mejor aprovechamiento de los recursos y a un aumento de la productividad. estudio de métodos y tiempos, control de inventarios y por último se hizo una propuesta para la redistribución de la planta, éstos dieron como resultado un crecimiento en el volumen de producción y en la eficiencia de los procesos. Durante el tiempo en que se llevó a cabo la práctica se capacitó y sensibilizó al personal en los temas tratados y sobre la importancia del trabajo en equipo para el cumplimiento de todos los objetivos organizacionales. Al concluir el proyecto se evaluó mediante indicadores de gestión los resultados de las mejoras implementadas donde se reflejaron los beneficios que se aportaron a la empresa como son: un área de trabajo más limpia, la estandarización de los tiempos de producción, tener un nivel de inventarios adecuado, el aumento en la eficiencia de los operarios y el incremento en los volúmenes de elaboración de suelas.
dc.description.abstractenglish	The plan of improvement of the productive system came true at the company SUELAS Y TACONES RALLY whose primary objective was to lay plans and implementing a program in the area of production, with the aim of incrementing the productivity. Initially a description plucked up the activities that come true to the inside of the company to know the details of its processes, at a later time the diagnosis that served as base to know exactly took effect what the programs were going to take effect in the productive plant. He was offered after this and you implemented a series of strategies that they bore to a better use of the resources and to an increase of productivity. The themes developed in the plant of production matched: Strategy 5S's, study of methods and times, inventory control and finally a proposal for the redistribution of the plant was done, these gave as a result a growth in the voluminous of production and in the efficiency of the processes. He was capacitated during the time it took effect in practical and you sensitized the staff in the treated themes and on the significance of teamwork for the fulfillment of all of the organizational objectives. The results of the implemented improvements where they reflected the benefits that were contributed to the company like music were evaluated by means of indicators of step when concluding the project: A more working space does the cleaning, the standardization of the times of production, having a level of adequate inventories, the increase in the laborers' efficiency and the increment in the voluminous of elaboration of soles.
