dc.description.abstract	El presente trabajo busca contribuir con la investigación que se adelanta en la Comisión Nacional de Reparación y Reconciliación Sede Regional Nororiente, sobre la construcción del perfil histórico de las víctimas del conflicto armado en el Nororiente Colombiano, en favor de reconstruir la memoria histórica del conflicto armado interno. Analiza los homicidios cometidos por los grupos paramilitares que operaron en el departamento de Santander durante el periodo escogido para la investigación, con el fin de dar un primer vistazo a las estadísticas que hasta el momento se encuentran radicadas en la CNRR Regional Nororiente. Se plasmaron como objetivos de la investigación: una caracterización histórica de las víctimas, trazando líneas de tiempo para observar los momentos de mayor frecuencia en que se cometieron los delitos contextualizándolos para determinar las modalidades y patrones de victimización, al igual que poder observar cual fue la principal población afectada y que impactos físicos psicológicos y sociales tuvieron. También establecer una georeferenciación de los lugares en que se presentaron los hechos para ver las características espaciales y sus transformaciones, los lugares con mayor expresión de violencia homicida, así como revelar quienes fueron los principales actores, armas y motivos que los llevaron a cometer los delitos.
dc.description.abstractenglish	The present work looks for to contribute with the investigation that is ahead in the National Commission of Repair and Reconciliation Regional Headquarters Nororiente, on the construction of the historical profile of you kill them of the conflict armed in the Colombian Nororiente, in favor of reconstructing the historical memory of the internal armed conflict. It analyzes the homicides made by the paramilitary groups that operated in the department of Santander during the chosen period for the investigation, with the purpose of giving a first glance to the statistics that until the moment Nororiente is resided in the Regional CNRR. They were captured as objectives of the investigation: a historical characterization of the victims, tracing lines of time to observe the moments of more frequency in that the crimes contextualizándolos were made to determine the modalities and victimización patterns, the same as to be able to observe which was the main affected population and that psychological and social physical impacts had. Also a georeferenciación of the places in that the facts were presented to see the space characteristics and their transformations to settle down, the places with more expression of homicidal violence, as well as to reveal who the main actors, weapons and reasons that took them to make the crimes were.
