dc.description.abstract	La factibilidad que se ha desarrollado ofrece los parámetros y lineamientos necesarios para crear un Restaurante especialista en pasta en la ciudad de Bucaramanga. Teniendo en cuenta al análisis de la información recibida se concluyó que un porcentaje bastante significativo (74%) de las personas mayores de 18 años les gusta consumir pastas. Los estudios realizados permiten observar que en el mercado oferente no hay restaurantes especializados en pastas y que solo vendan estos productos; el estudio técnico indica que no hay dificultad en obtener localización, procesos, distribución en planta y los recursos necesarios para su puesta en marcha; su constitución organizacional es sencilla y permite planear, administrar, dirigir y controlar las actividades propias del nuevo restaurante; el estudio financiero indica que la inversión total (288,546) está al alcance de los interesados en el proyecto y la evaluación permite ver que los impactos económicos son favorables y los sociales son positivos porque dan paso a la generación de empleo, calidad de vida a sus inversionistas y aporta al sector restaurante en la ciudad; y en lo referente a la parte financiera los indicadores TIR (43,51%) y VPN ($102289.453,49) indican bondades económicas del proyecto para recuperación de la inversión en un corto plazo de dos años, cuatro meses y nueve días, tiempo considerado de mediano plazo para el monto de la inversión.
dc.description.abstractenglish	The feasibility that has developed offers the parameters and necessary limits to create a Restaurant specialist in pasta in Bucaramanga's city. Bearing in mind to the analysis of the received information one concluded that a significant enough percentage (74%) of the 18yearold major persons they like to consume pastas. The realized studies allow to observe that on the offering market there are no restaurants specialized in pastas and that alone they bandage these products; the technical study indicates that there is no difficulty in obtaining location, processes, distribution in plant and the resources necessary for his putting in march; his constitution organizational is simple and allows to glide, to administer, to direct and to control the own activities of the new restaurant; the financial study indicates that the total investment ($67'288,546) is within reach of the interested parties in the project and the evaluation allows to see that the economic impacts are favorable and the social ones are positive because they give step to the generation of employment, quality of life to his investors and contributes to the sector restaurant in the city; and in what concerns the financial part the indicators TIR (43,51%) and VPN ($102'289.453,49) indicate economic kindness of the project for recovery of the investment in a short term of two years, four months and nine days, considered time of medium term for the amount of the investment.
