dc.description.abstract	Título: Auxiliar de ingeniería civil para la supervisión y gestión de proyectos de infraestructura física en la Universidad de Pamplona como soporte para la planificación y desarrollo institucional.* Autor: Miguel Angel Bohorquez Cucha1** Palabras Clave: gestión de proyectos, infraestructura física, práctica empresarial, planeación, cronograma, Universidad de Pamplona. Descripción: El presente trabajo de grado corresponde a la práctica empresarial realizada en la Universidad de Pamplona, cuyo objetivo principal fue brindar apoyo técnico y administrativo en la gestión de proyectos de infraestructura física, contribuyendo al fortalecimiento de los procesos de planeación y desarrollo institucional. Durante la práctica, se aplicaron herramientas de gestión de proyectos orientadas a la formulación de presupuestos y verificación documental, garantizando el cumplimiento de normas técnicas, contractuales y de calidad. La práctica se desarrolló de manera progresiva, avanzando por distintas fases que permitieron integrar la teoría con la experiencia en campo, desarrollando tareas técnicas y administrativas. Inicialmente se realizó un diagnóstico de los proyectos en ejecución y, a partir de allí, se avanzó con la formulación del proyecto “Construcción del parqueadero ubicado en el campus principal de la Universidad de Pamplona”. Se avanzó con el diseño arquitectónico y estructural, complementado con estudios técnicos como levantamientos topográficos y el diseño de pavimentos. También se elaboraron análisis de precios unitarios (APU) y cronogramas de actividades en ©Project, apoyados con el uso de herramientas digitales como ©Autodesk Revit y ©Excel, que hicieron posible organizar la información de forma más clara y precisa. Simultáneamente a esto se realizaron tareas de apoyo administrativo como digitalización de planos y organización documental. Los resultados reflejan la consolidación de conocimientos adquiridos en la formación académica con su aplicación práctica, fortaleciendo competencias en supervisión, control de costos, planificación y digitalización de planos. Asimismo, se evidenció un aporte significativo a la Universidad de Pamplona al mejorar su infraestructura física y apoyar la gestión de proyectos. * Trabajo de Grado ** Facultad de Ingenierías Fisicomecanicas. Description: This undergraduate thesis corresponds to the internship carried out at the University of Pamplona, whose main objective was to provide technical and administrative support in the management of physical infrastructure projects, contributing to the strengthening of institutional planning and development processes. During the internship, project management tools were applied, focusing on budget formulation and document verification, ensuring compliance with technical, contractual, and quality standards. The internship was developed progressively, advancing through different phases that allowed the integration of theory with field experience, involving both technical and administrative tasks. Initially, a diagnosis of the projects under execution was conducted, and from there, work continued with the formulation of the project “Construction of the parking lot located on the main campus of the University of Pamplona.” The process then advanced to architectural and structural design, complemented by technical studies such as topographic surveys and pavement design. In addition, unit price analyses (APU) and activity schedules in ©Project were prepared, supported by the use of digital tools such as ©Autodesk Revit and ©Excel, which made it possible to organize information more clearly and accurately. Concurrently, administrative support tasks such as the digitization of plans and the organization of project documentation were carried out. The results reflect the consolidation of knowledge acquired during academic training and its practical application, strengthening competencies in supervision, cost control, planning, and plan digitization.
