dc.description.abstract	El presente Proyecto tiene como objetivo elaborar un plan de negocios, para la creación y puesta en marcha de un hotel sostenible en la Finca El Rubí en el municipio de San Benito Santander. El desarrollo de este proyecto se realiza mediante la metodología conocida plan de negocios la cual permite determinar la viabilidad del proyecto a través de una serie de estudios, entre los cuales se encuentra el análisis del entorno, investigación de mercados, análisis técnico, administrativo, legal y financiero donde se evalúa la rentabilidad de este. El proyecto se desarrollará, teniendo en cuenta los principios de un estudio de factibilidad y las características geográficas e históricas de la zona, para dar soporte a la creación del hotel sostenible en la provincia de Vélez, identificando la necesidad de crear un plan de negocios, teniendo en cuenta la comunidad receptora y las variables ambientales incorporadas a la oferta que hacen de esta un valor diferencial a nivel local, provincial y regional. Además, San Benito es un municipio apto para el emprendimiento, debido a que geográficamente está localizado en un punto estratégico, favoreciendo de esta manera la creación y puesta en marcha del hotel contribuyendo al crecimiento económico y desarrollo turístico.
dc.description.abstractenglish	The objective of this project is to develop a business plan for the creation and start-up of a sustainable hotel at Finca El Rubí in the municipality of San Benito Santander. The development of this project is carried out through the well-known business plan methodology which allows determining the viability of the project through a series of studies, among which is the analysis of the environment, market research, technical, administrative, legal analysis. and financial where the profitability of this is evaluated. The project will be developed, considering the principles of a feasibility study and the geographical and historical characteristics of the area, to support the creation of a sustainable hotel in the province of Velez, identifying the need to create a business plan, considering the receiving community and the environmental variables incorporated into the offer that make it a differential value at the local, provincial and regional levels. In addition, San Benito is a municipality suitable for entrepreneurship, because it is geographically located at a strategic point, thus favoring the creation and start-up of the hotel, contributing to economic growth and tourism development.
