dc.description.abstract	Los avances de la informática en el manejo de información son un activo importante para cualquier organización y generan grandes sistemas, los cuales manejan repositorios de información fácilmente administrables que permiten a las organizaciones tener un mayor control sobre los documentos que se genera con el fin de obtener mejores resultados en la administración de los diversos procesos realizados en el funcionamiento de la empresa. Las aplicaciones de los sistemas de información están hoy día enfocadas al ambiente web, llegando a pasar por conceptos que se conocen como la web 2.0, y es en donde la labor de gestionar la información no la realiza una sola persona conocida como el web máster, sino que los usuarios empiezan a tener una parte activa dentro de estos sistemas; sin embargo existe un rol de administrador que es la persona encargada de coordinar y revisar que esto se lleve a cabo de una manera correcta. El continúo desarrollo y crecimiento del Grupo de Investigación Estabilidad de Pozo (GIEP) condujo a desarrollar una aplicación Web que permitiera el control de los diversos integrantes, sus avances en el progreso y resultados de los trabajos de investigaciones del GIEP con lo cual se alcanzaría mayor divulgación.
dc.description.abstractenglish	Informatics advances for the managing information are an important asset for any organization. They generate large systems which handle information repositories of easy administration. These repositories make possible that the organization has more control over the documents that it generates with the aim of obtaining better results in the management of the different process developed during the enterprise operation. The information systems applications are currently focused to the web environment, getting to include concepts known as web 2.0. This is the place where the task of managing information is not done by only one person knows as the web master, but it is done by other users that start to get an active role inside these systems. However there exists an administration role who is the person in charge of the coordination and checking of the correct management information task execution. The continuous developing and growing of the WELLBORE STABILITY RESEARCH GROUP (WSRG) lead to the implementation of a web application that permits the control of the members, their progresses and results related with the research works in the WSRG with the objective to get more spreading of the investigations.
